So they could give her an IV and knock her out without her hair getting in the way obviously.

To my knowledge, any Ocean dubbed work post-Funimation split has never been distributed. Most that can ever be found online are recorded airings from somewhere in Sweden I think. We get the Funimation dubs up here for DVDs and such just like America. Same goes for DB and GT despite those also being done by a separate Canadian group called Blue Water. I actually really liked the voice they had for Kid Goku in those.Strange.
In Canada and the UK, the dub switched back to Ocean Group some point in the middle of the android saga. While most of the original cast returned such as Scott McNeil for Piccolo, Goku now had some random inexperienced Canadian VA. Eventually he was replaced by Kirby Morrow for the remaining duration of the series. Also Brian Drummond's Vegeta voice gradually got more throaty much like Christopher Sabat.
Oh and they had a much lower budget and recycled music from the R-S Mega Man cartoon.

steam sales have destroyed all my sense of monetary value in games and now i can't buy anything larger than $10.
Also, Steam needs to get it's age system right. The ESRB defines M-Rated games appropriate for people aged 17 and up. Like me. Yet despite Steam allowing me to view basically every game with that rating, Payday 2 showed up on my queue and I was blocked from it until I moved my steam installation and had to re-enter my age. As 18. Then I could get it off my queue.
Problem is, that one game blocked my entire queue. I couldn't use it until I could re-enter my age.

However, there was the odd matter of the 90s Spider-Man cartoon, where they weren't allowed to show punching or glass breaking. They also weren't allowed to say "blood" and instead substituted the word for "plasma".
