It looks like he added some more spikes, and messed with the platforms. It looks somewhat similar to the normal Cloud Man Stage. The tiles are different, thats all.

What? How do you figure? We have no confirmation that Enguarde isn't in this, so we can't say that yet.

They already said no Underwater Levels. Or any underwater anything for that matter.

Enguarde was awesome.

Only animal buddy in all 3 DKC games (and DK64 too!)

I don't count Squawks because in DKC1 he was just the lampholder and in DK64 he was a messenger.

Sadly Enguarde loses the valued title of most DKC Series Animal Buddy Appearances. Thats now tied with Rambi.

I liked Rattly too.

And Squitter.

And Winky.

And Purple Squawks.

And...

I think it was purple squawks. He was ok, i didn't like the limited controls of a pallete swap though.

Winky was Awesome.

Ellie Sucks, Rambi should've been in 3. (They would find a way around the water gimmick.)

And Squitter, other than not being able to jump on enemies, was the MOST versatile character in the DKC Series.

Anyway, I'd like to put my hat into the ring and say it was popular for a number of reasons.

1. The (at first) daunting difficulty that drives more seasoned players to it.

2. A decently written story.

3. Some impressive weapons (The Rod weapons, the Z-Knuckle Steal ability.)

4. Just plain fun.

My day was okay.  A bit warmer than I would've liked, though.  And it had a nice nostalgic discussion about the old Archie Turtles comics, and there's plans to bring them back.  But what immediately harshed all of that was hearing about a rumour of a remake of the first Turtles movie, with Michael Bay pegged to direct.

I wanted to drop to my knees and cry and fly into a blind rage, all at the same time.

One word describes that guy:

CRAPBOOM!

Nothing but explosions and money down the toilet for the greedy executives.

Anyway, my day was [parasitic bomb]. I've been sick for a little bit of time (hard to believe since I don't usually get sick.) But not sick enough to miss school, so I guess thats ok..

I'll probably be fine tomorrow, which is good because I want to go to work.
