Yeah, Flash, you did use that exact video in this exact argument before.

Did someone start a New Game+ on the forum or something?

Huh? What do you mean?

Not many for me. Mainly just Need for Speed II and Sonic 3.

NFSII was a blast playing it with my bro in splitscreen, and was probably one of the best racing games i've ever played. It was especially fun recording playthroughs of your races along with its badass soundtrack. There was this one hilarious glitch, where i rammed into a van and the impact caused it to fly into the air and never came back down. I had my car parked for several seconds, wondering what the hell happened to the van. Back then we would use a single keyboard (i believe there was a joystick option as well), and race with no issues whatsoever. Controls didn't feel cramped or anything with 2 player as one might think. On top of all that, you could race with A [chameleon sting]ing UFO AND T-REX (yep, you heard right).

I also tried this fan made game long ago called Sonic Robo Blast, which was glitchy as all hell, but had a decent splitscreen multiplayer.

Ah yeah, SRB2, thats a good game, never played multiplayer on it though.

Hmm... to be honest, I've never really done much with splitscreen, I've played black ops with my dad recently on Splitscreen Online.

Anarchy turned around.

Its you... what do you want... and what do you mean?

Anarchy looked at the strange musician, his sunglasses somehow back on his face.

Little did he know that every movement of his was being monitored by the hidden drone.

A sign of stress was noticable on Anarchy's face, Stocking stood behind him.

[oh, and don't be trying to kill stocking, ya hear?]

[Alright, bringing this back into relevance.]

Anarchy glanced about, seeing as the next race wasn't going to start for a while, he revved his skates and went back to the stands to converse with his friends. He took his sunglasses off and removed the Redeye. seeing as he didn't need them anymore as he was around people he knew.

Phew... I'm tired, anyway, race 2 isn't going to start for a while, so I figured I'd rather be here than with the racers I'm trying to beat. Besides, I pissed off some caveman by jamming a drill into his engine. Oh well.

The brightness in Anarchy's eyes faded, his eyes looked dull, almost dead. You could tell that something was troubling him. Stocking tried to console him.

Something wrong? You were pretty upbeat earlier, but now you seem.... depressed.
Sad you're still a virgin?
PANTY! Thats obviously not the issue here!
Yeah, Yeah. you think he hasn't thought of doing you?
Quiet, thats not what this is about.
Fine, but don't come crying to me when he starts coming onto you.
On another note, why do you have somebody watching over me? I can protect myself!

I don't want you to get hurt... if anything were to happen to you... I don't know what I'd do. I can't lose anybody else.

Anarchy then looked at stocking.

Stocking, I need you safe. I guess i'm a wuss like this. Having a bodyguard protect you.

You aren't a wuss. I'm glad you care about me.

[I still have to finish thi, I'll put up the rest of my post later.]

Posted on: March 18, 2011, 08:23:28 AM
[Alright, following up on my last post.]

Why are you glad I care for you? I must be kinda hideous.

What makes you say that?

Panty didn't try to seduce me, thats why. Thats a sign that she thinks I'm bleh. :\

Well, I think you're great. You're considerate, and you would do anything to help somebody you care for.
I guess... you're right... Oh, before I forget, I grabbed this during the race.

Anarchy pulled out a small box from within his coat, inside was a piece of cheesecake. Stocking smiled, and took the cake. Eating it slowly to be able to savor the sweet flavors.

I Love Cheesecake! Thanks, I didn't get you anything though...
Thats fine, I just wanted to get you a little something.
You didn't need to, but thanks.

Stocking gave Anarchy a hug, he responded by hugging her back, he started to feel comfortable. He had only felt like this once before, but that paled in comparison to his feelings now.

Tastes can't be discussed. Level design and gameplay quality, however, can.

That is true. For the most part I did enjoy the game, Level design was good at first but later just got cheap (Empire City was fine, it was Adabat day that ripped me to shreds. And don't get me started on Eggmanland.)

Quote
That Greece thing, level 2, the one with the rails. But most levels just had a horrible, horrible design anyway. Pitfalls out of nowhere, completely nonintuitive designs, a game based on running with parts where it was forced trial and error over and over.

Oh yeah, that stage, forgot about it.
Yeah, Trial and Error was big in the later levels (ADABAT).
My main issue was the Hot Dog missions, and to be more specific, the Eggmanland ones. The time limit isn't the issue (75-65 minutes? I can get it done in 48, WHILE taking my time.) Its not dying, and in my case not dying to to PS3-version framerate hiccups. And all for a lousy hotdog that doesn't help me any (I have every stat maxed out.)

Quote
It is very bad. Very, very bad. Bad as in stopping mid-loop and being stuck in the middle. Bad as in whenever you have a teammate with you, the framerate and game stutters as if it was chug chugging. Bad as in PS1 textures in certain buildings and no effects on anything. Bad as in using the Havok engine for physics and just sticking a ton of models in there without even checking if the gameplay works. Bad as in 90% of the times you jump off a wall with Knuckles, it doesn't work, and you get a glitch which sticks you to the wall unless you're hit by something.

Very, very, very, veeeeeery bad. Which sucks, because they honestly had a chance to pull out SA3 here. The game style was right, but then everything turned out the most horrible thing of all time.

Ah, that sounds horrible.
Can't wait!  8D

Yes it was.

To you maybe, I enjoyed it.

Megaman 9's disappearing blocks are cheap. Unleashed's levels are comparable to a bad romhack. Falling right in the beginning of a level if you don't push the jump buttom one second after the level begins... what the hell?

I never have had a problem with the Disappearing blocks, I've never really had trouble with Unleashed's controls either, what level are you talking about anyway?

Quote
Yeah, I get it. Play some of the games those sections were inspired in, like God of War. It'll be revealing.

If I had the money maybe. but I don't.

Oh, and despite how everybody (even SEGA themselves) has advised against it, I want to play Sonic 06 just to see how bad it is.

I guess I like inflicting pain unto myself.

Sonic Unleashed wasn't a bad game.

Granted a little cheap at times, but not bad.

Then again, I LIKE the werehog segments.

Abolish unions... completely? Meaning, no more unions whatsoever?

[parasitic bomb] ain't right, dawg. I'm glad your people are protesting.

Yep, no teachers unions, firefighter unions, no nothing. It'd give the organizations more power (Apparently the school's don't want more power, from what I've heard.).

Apparently the new governer was a rich guy who bought his way into the election. Again, thats just what I've heard.

Political stuff about a new governer trying to abolish worker unions.

Are those jocks leaving you alone?

Seriously, if they're leaving you alone, aside from that "be quiet" thing, and not doing any physical or psychological harm to you, you should honestly just let them be. Why all of the hatred? I'm sure they've got the right to be like that, just like you've got the right to be like you are.

Don't forget. Geeks can be JUST as obnoxious, or even WORSE than jocks. Honestly, if all you have to deal with is the typical dumbness of people around you, I'd say you're getting it pretty easy over there.

Yeah, pretty much its just constant dumbassery.

What did they do?

Some of the retards in my graphic design class (not special-ed, but Jock Douchebags) were telling one of my friends to be quiet when they weren't even talking, they also think they're funny because they make little jokes about people. I told them off and all they did was laugh like drunkards.

The board seems more dead then the Box Elders that have been laying around my house.

11147
Oh yeah, Rockman Complete Works 3 is mine.

And Megaman 4... can't forget that one (Another of my favorites, some of the best music and a decent curve of difficulty, though whomever calls it hard is just fooling themselves.)

Beat Sonic Unleashed (PS3), I enjoy the Night Stages, but the controls in some of the Day stages (Especially the drift, Lightspeed Dash, and quick step.) feel off (Sometimes the drift fails to execute (Chun-Nan Day over the water), The Lightspeed dash is touchy and Triangle need to be hit like 50 times for the damn thing to activate. and Quicksteps don't always go the same distance (REAL frustrating in the first segment of Adabat.))

Then I deleted my file (So I could get trophies, the file was from the same system but from a different profile, so it treated it as foreign.)

I'm Enjoying the day stages more now (Because I'm not leveling up my speed, last time I went too damn fast that I couldn't see [parasitic bomb], always hitting stuff on the sides because of the blur and trip steps because of lighting.)

Naturally, that doesn't really help with the abundance of slowdown (I can't help that though, I blame SEGA for skimping out on the Porting process.)
