Mewtwo nodded slowly. "Very well," he turned his gaze to Yeung, "is there anything else you wish to know?"
There was a moment before Yeung responded. "Oh? Yes, yes, well, you said that you created the equipment used. That it was a conduit for your powers. Could you elaborate further? Perhaps demonstrate what you mean?"
Mewtwo thought for a long moment. "Your watch. It contains a quartz movement, correct?"
"That's right," Yeung nodded, glancing up from his computer, "why?"
Mewtwo gestured to it. "If you want a demonstration, it would be best if the object contained some amount of crystal."
Yeung looked at his watch for a long moment, then took it off and handed it to Mewtwo. "I can get another."
Mewtwo placed the watch on the table before him and held his hands over it. His eyes flashed blue as he concentrated, gesturing around the watch as it dissolved into a pliable smear of matter. He was not quite sure what he would turn the watch into, so he decided on making another timepiece. After several tense minutes, the blob was reshaped into an odd techno-organic disc with an intricate clockwork. Turning the device's face to Yeung and the others, he kept his hand on it as the gears began to move.
"Is that satisfactory?" Mewtwo glanced up. "Crystals provide a perfect conduit for my powers, and I find it easier to transform objects when they contain such substances."
Yeung's eyes were wide. "Will it work on its own?"
Mewtwo shook his head and moved his hand, the clockwork slowing to a stop. "I need to maintain some level of contact. However, my fortress was built differently. I had designed it to store my power, and I had built generators, and it was powered by wind, another factor that I could control."
