Mewtwo glowered and tugged at the restraints a bit, but otherwise remained quiet. The muzzle was particularly itchy, and with some difficulty, due to the cuffs being attached to a belt around his waist, he reached up enough to scratch his face. One of the wardens watched him closely.
At the defense's table, Quickie shrank in her seat. She risked another glance over her shoulder. Aside from the restraints and overall looking particularly irritated with them, Mewtwo was in good condition. Even his fur seemed less scraggly. Their gaze met for a moment before Quickie looked away, hoping no one noticed. She didn't want to sabotage their chances in court.

All throughout school, I was tossed into the remedial classes. I flunked ninth grade and had to go to summer school. The remedial classes were because I tested low, due to learning disabilities, so the school thought I was stoo-peed. Flunking ninth grade was due to me simply not caring anymore and not doing the work.
Folks were trying to get me into the Intermediate Unit (would've rode the short bus every day), but that never happened. I was too high-functioning and I tested very highly. Tested in the top percentile in the PSATs and the ASVAB, too. Still didn't do my homework.
The moral of this story? There is none. I hated school and everyone in it.

I didn't delete them all, just the anime one. There wasn't anything even vaguely amusing enough to keep it around. It was just all around stupid.

That's called a show cut. Most poodles only have puppy cuts, in which the fur is trimmed short, but not shaved off. The poodle is still very fluffy, but it's a uniform fluffy.

That could, however, be easily hand-waved as something to do with the clone. The Nidoqueen was cloned and thus the clone possessed only the genetic material of the Nidoqueen. It's unknown if the clones can even evolve, so it's possible that they only possess the genetic blueprints of the evolution they were cloned from. Thus, if the clone were to breed, its offspring would carry the genetic material of its clone parent and thus resemble it.
Which brings us to another problem... Clone fertility. Clones tend to be sterile, due to problems with gene expression. It would make perfect sense for Mewtwo to be sterile. However, to breed him would require reproductive cloning, which his DNA would be placed within the nucleus of an egg, and then that egg fertilized and grown to term. If additional donors are present, and the embryo grown to term within another animal, then the usual problems inherent with cloning would be less prominent. Otherwise, cloning a clone would produce a very flawed specimen that would likely die shortly after birth, if it even survives to term.
The cloned Nidoqueen's offspring would likely have better genetic stock, as it bred with the Rhyhorn. If that offspring breeds with wild specimens, then its gene pool would be diversified and you could end up with a viable race of fertile Nidoqueens.
This is all assuming that the clones Mewtwo made don't have the usual problems that tend to plague clones. Fertility is a very good sign.
