I can't play it very well. :P  I can squawk out a recognizable version of Mary Had a Little Lamb in mostly flats.

As for my day, I spent it in bed.  Sore, scratchy throat progressed to rob me of my voice, and I just feel feverish.

Mewtwo gripped the back of the bench in front of him, then finally stood and bounded for the front of the courtroom, the two wardens catching up and tackling him to the floor.

"Down, boy!" One of wardens fumbled with a set of restraints. "Don't fight us, and we won't have to get rough."

"Easy, big fella," the other warden soothed. "You were being good there for a while, you can do it again.  Just relax and we'll--"

"You do not understand!" Mewtwo snapped.  He could easily just throw the wardens off of him, but that would cause an even bigger scene and turn the case to the prosecution's side. "I must fix this!  That is not schizophrenia!  Schizophrenics do not have multiple personalities!  My trainer had taught me this, taught me a lot about psychology!  I can fix this, if you allow me to do so!"

Quickie had turned around in her seat, watching. "Mewtwo's right.  This isn't schizophrenia.  Dissociative identity disorder, yes, but with how it's presented itself..." she trailed off.

The warden forced Mewtwo's arms behind his back. "The last time you 'fixed' something, you leveled a city block."

Still sick.  Well, sicker today.  I also had a small cut on my finger and that's all infected.  It's where I stuck myself with a straight pin while sewing this weekend.

I accidentally killed three Flabebes until I caught one.  And Burmy?  You suck.  Enjoy protecting yourself until your PP runs out.

Should be interesting, so long as my partner's Pokemon have been grinded up to the same levels as mine.  I'd hate to have to take on two opponents at once because my partner wasn't up to snuff.

Haven't had a double battle... yet.  This will certainly be new to me.

Shauna is a bit ditzy, but tolerable.  I like her.

Good lord Calem just leave me the [tornado fang] alone you're such a [tornado fang]ing downer. I want to do things on my own.

What's he doing?

He started off annoying.  I had already caught a Pidgey and he decides that he'll show me how to catch Pokemon.

Hello.  Pidgey.  On my team.  IT DIDN'T JUST APPEAR THERE, YOU NIMROD.

When he evolves, St. Elmo will become epic in many ways.  His nickname is perfect for how awesome Mega Charizard X is.

I don't have a Ditto.  I have a Pikachu named Lo-Watt Bulb, but he's useful and has a spot on my team.

Oh yes, all of my Pokemon will have nicknames.  Many of those names will be stupid, but I will guarantee one thing: those stupid nicknames will be memorable.

Had a decent and long weekend.  Spent it at my half-brother's with my niece and nephews.  My niece and nephew had decided to go as Hermione and Ron for Halloween, and rather than spending far too much money for a Hogwarts robe, we got grim reaper cloaks and I altered them into robes, and added button clasps and hemmed the robes by hand.  Now they have Hogwarts robes for half the price that the stores were charging.

On Saturday, I located a freshly-laid mantis egg case, which I moved to a visible location so that I could observe it.

On Sunday, I went to church and was once again volunteered last minute to participate in a small production.  I'm now the go-to for improv, even though I hardly go to that church.  In fact, the director called to ask if I was available to judging for a pumpkin-decorating contest.  I'm not, but I did volunteer to participate in the Christmas play.

I also learned how to play a fiddle from my uncle.  After a few minutes of demonstration, I could play a scale (not perfectly, but I got the fingering down) and Mary Had a Little Lamb.  Until Sunday, I've never touched a fiddle.

I also tuned three ukeleles, and tried to tune the fiddle (it kept going out of tune), but the string broke and bit me.  So, I need to get a new string.  I should get new rosin for the bow, too, as the current stuff is dried up and caked.

Today, I came home.  Been coming down with something, though.

Mabel's once again curled up on the couch beside me.  She did frolic while at my half-brother's, but she seems glad to be home.

I think I'll get into my pajamas and watch a movie, and then go to bed.

I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED BY SICKNESS

I caught a Ralts and I named her Mandark, due to her bowl cut.  I had some problem figuring out a good name for Flabebe, but settled on Flower Power.  Later, I may duck out of Lumiose (or however the flark it's spelled) and go back and find some more Pokemon.

Lysandre is so FABULOUS~ 8D

This.

Though, I was referencing the movie when I named my Charmander.
