After reading what I missed while away at dinner, I have but one thing to say...

Oooh myyyyyy~ 8D

Let's make it worse. 8D

In Pokemon-amie, belly rubs for Alakazam tend to be crotch rubs.

And during grinding in the Battle Chateau?  Runaway lamented on wanting me to play with him some more.

And then came the interest in... musk.

Since evolving, Runaway has become quite a passionate Pokemon.

When Runaway was interested in that Flabebe's scent, it was during an encounter right outside the daycare center.

Oh, Runaway, you cad! 8D

He was interested in a Flabebe.

Runaway, you're so big that you'd kill it if you got it on! XD

Just ask the Ditto to transform into the Flabebe you love so much.

"Runaway seems interested in the other Pokemon's scent..."

Oh really, now? [eyebrow]

Don't worry, you can have your turn with my Ditto. 8D

Yaaaay!  Thanks!  Now to play with him, and then we go grinding so he's at the same level as everyone else.

"Go for it," Domino returned to her seat. "The woman is insane."

Mewtwo, however, was considering the importance of possibly bringing up Giovanni's inebriated rant from years ago.

I just wish the animation actually used the Pokemon with Fly.  I want to see myself astride a Charizard, dammit!

Domino stood. "I'll do it.  I've mixed drinks for him before."  She glanced at the bottle to check the alcohol content, then took Giovanni's coffee mug, drank some of the coffee, then refilled it back to its original level with the Bailey's. "That should do it. You don't need too much, about a quarter of a cup's worth."

The constant shorts meme is starting to wear out, though.

Domino considered it for a long moment. "Buzzed.  Not drunk.  He's a bit more pliable when buzzed, but I've seen him when he's drunk.  He's angry, depressed, and usually just falls asleep in an ash tray."  She glanced at Giovanni. "It might take a while.  The guy can drink me under the table and I'm no weakling myself."

Mewtwo just raised an eyebrow, but then thought back to when he had seen Giovanni drunk.  It was late in the evening when the man came stumbling down into the basement, right to his cell.  He had a bottle in one hand and he slumped sobbing against the glass.  Between drinks, Giovanni was confiding in Mewtwo details about his mother, his other projects, and slurring diatribes about the world, muttering that "god help us all."  Eventually, Giovanni broke down entirely in a sobbing mess before wiping his eyes and stumbling away.

"There was one time," Mewtwo began, "where Giovanni was intoxicated, and he confided his secrets in me.  However, I do not think that such conduct is appropriate in a courtroom.  As such, mild intoxication would be permissible, but I would take care to prevent it from progressing."

Runaway, you will soon be a shadow of your former self.  You will become greater.  Some day soon, I hope to have you Mega Evolve.  You would gain a full Fu Manchu.

A FULL FU MANCHU

AND ALL THOSE SPOONS

Domino went to eat another wafer when she noticed everyone slow to a stop.  "Not again..." she rolled her eyes and looked to the door. "So, what are you planning, now?"

"For the sake of my own success in this, please take care to not pull some elaborate prank that everyone would notice," Mewtwo idly noticed that his growling stomach ceased for the moment, though once time resumed, the hunger pangs would be back.

Kadabra will evolve via trade, right?  If so, who wants to help me force an evolution?  I have swap fodder with you to force Runaway to evolve.

Quacklin's got Dark and Bug type moves, and I'll teach Ariados a Dark-type move.  Pavorotti may end up learning a Dark type move.  For this, I may power through it with a Normal/Fighting/Steel/Bug/Poison combo.  Flamin' Yawn and St. Elmo will be around for brute force backup.  Should I pull out my Kadabra, or keep the Steelix on the team?

(That might be useful.)

Giovanni took another sip of his coffee and then dug around in his briefcase for something to eat.  He pulled out some packs of crackers and munched on them for a bit.  This trial has been dragging on and he'd like to get some lunch.

Domino's stomach also growled and she searched her purse for a snack, finding some vanilla creme wafers she had gotten from the vending machine.  Opening the pack, she snacked on them.

Quickie, seeing others get out snacks, searched her own bag and found a bag of Cheez-Its, opened it, and munched on them.

Mewtwo's stomach growled loudly, seeing everyone pulling out food.

Going through the Poke Ball factory currently, just got my sixth badge.

Posted on: October 21, 2013, 09:22:59 PM
Okay, conquered the Poke Ball Factory, went out and bought some clothes because I have money to burn, and I'm going to grind a bit, earn some more money, sell a few items, switch my team's positions around.

I assume the next gym is an ice gym.  Fire types are good, if I recall?  Or should I grind something else?

(So... Is the plot to get Giovanni drunk gonna go anywhere?)
(It will take a bit.  You're diluting small amounts of Bailey's in coffee.  Giovanni can hold his liquor quite well, so it will take him a bit.  He's been drinking coffee all day, no doubt has eaten something, so alcohol absorption will be slower.  Get him through three cups of it, and he'll start to get buzzed.)

His linework had improved, definitely, but the last I had seen his work was back in the early 2000s, and he was still under the Liefeld influence.

"As you asked before, my actions on Mount Quena were in defense of not only myself, but my family and the surrounding land," Mewtwo nodded. "Just the same as I was acting against Carr, though I had chosen a non-violent approach after much deliberation and a discussion with Ash.  Also, at the time, Giovanni was not in my presence and was not posing a physical threat to me or my clones.  The memory wipe was for his benefit, as well."

He paused. "His benefit in that I did not engage him directly."

Heh, it doesn't matter. Rob Liefeld cannot draw feet.

That was actually a Tony Daniel image from Gambit and the X-ternals #1, written by Fabien Necieza and drawn by Daniel.

He draws feet about as well as Liefeld; anatomy, too.  Though, his linework is more scratch-and-scribble.

Good.

Now to head to the daycare and see if my Ditto did its job and I have an egg.  Then, some grinding for fun, then off to the Richissme Hotel for cash, and through alleys for more grinding, then storm the Battle Chateau.

It's mainly for the Steelix's benefit.  I want her at level 50 so she'd be equal in the team.

Be careful in Lumiose.  Don't save in the street.

And will my Ariados be good enough for the fairy gym?  She knows two poison moves.

Domino nodded. "Mine were regained with the help of a hypnotherapist, and prior to that, I kept having dreams about the whole operation.  That's what prompted me to seek help for it; they were recurring, vivid, and they had started pretty much after the Combat Unit appeared at the airfield."

Mewtwo didn't respond for a very long moment as his gaze moved to Ash, then to Misty, then to James, wondering if they've had dreams of the very first time they had met.  He let out a breath. "Again, I am not entirely knowledgeable about the exact mechanism of my powers, only what I can do with them.  I cannot adequately describe how I remove memories, either.  It involves methods that I cannot put to words.  The closest thing to it that I can even begin to describe is that it is a tactile--in a sense--and visual--in a sense--feeling.  Beyond that, I cannot describe it."

(Bedtime for me!)

Dropped my new Ditto off at the daycare with my Eevee.

Play nice, kids!  I expect an egg when I return.
