He is technically locked up, currently.  Trapped in the graduate program dungeon.  Sentenced to torturous theses topics that he hopes will garner approval from his professors, condemned to slave over books, papers, and labs all night, every night, and doing time for a degree that will leave him in debt for the rest of his life and afterlife, for the vain hope that perhaps he'll be published in scientific papers as an academic elite, rather than just an experiment.

I don't understand why Farfetch'd is considered useless.  Mine is my main capture Pokemon, he can hold his own in battle, he makes a good hit sponge, he can cut down trees, he has a moveset that takes down Psychics, and anything else that's weak to Dark/Bug moves, and like I said, he took on Xerneas without a problem.

Top percentile Farfetch'd.

I should super-train my lower-levels.  Got a newborn Scyther through Wonder Trade who will need super-trained.

And got a question about Delibird.  I caught one whom I named Papa John, because he delivers (lolpun).  I have no current plans to put him on any team at the moment.  However, Ringman wants to build a team of the most useless Pokemon ever.  Would a Delibird be a good choice for his team?

And I named my Gible "Jabberjaw."

I learned another guitar chord.

I also learned that in December is when I'll start heading out on consecutive weekends to attend rehearsal for a Christmas play.  I volunteered and claimed one of the Wise Men, mainly so I could say in a Bill & Ted-era Keanu Reaves voice...

Much like eggs at a daycare, the drycleaners can't seem to put two and two together.

Because violin (and fiddle, for that matter) is very versatile.  Hence why I MUST LEARN MORE FIDDLE PLAYING.  Just need to borrow the one I learned on, take it to the music store, get a new string, new rosin, a good tune-up, and a new string for the other bow.  If it means I can borrow it and play it more often, I'll spend the money on the upkeep.

Anywho, eighth gym.  What type and maximum levels am I looking at, here?  I tore through the last gym like so much cheap toilet paper, using only Lucario, and only Shadow Claw.

Stuck Xavier in the PC and pulled out my Ariados.  I missed her.  It's good to have her back.  Xavier is twelve levels behind my lowest-level Pokemon, currently.  I'd need to grind him like crazy just to get him up to par with the rest of the team.

And yes, that is my nefarious plan.  Except, we'd be playing the tile puzzle mostly.  Well, that's the only one I play, puzzles being my thing and all.  But yes, tummy rubs galore!
