I leveled Mewtwo's Amie hearts up in a day and a half. Took two massages, one berry drink, and lots and lots and lots of playtime and pets. He went from wanting to kill me in my sleep, to curious about the toys in my bag.

Anne Bonney became an HM slave out of necessity. She knows Surf, Waterfall, and Strength. I intended for Thumper the Steelix to be an HM slave, but she isn't used as often as multipurpose Anne. Pavorotti has Rock Smash and Quacklin' has Cut, which rounds out the rest of the team. As long as I have Pavorotti, Quacklin', and Anne, I'm good.
Now, who should get Earthquake... I'd like to teach it to Mewtwo, but currently he and Quacklin' are my main capture Pokemon. I may give it to Pavorotti, as Power-Up Punch is losing its luster.

I think I'll go on another Abra hunt. I'll put Runaway in the starting position to deal with the inevitable Scraggy hordes that I hate so much. Dazzling Gleam takes them all out in one fell swoop and they topple like dominos. God, I love you, Runaway. It brings me so much joy to see you sweep a horde like that.
