I'm thinking of raising one of my Synchronize Abras.  I think I'll go deposit an HM slave and pull out one of my former breeding slaves...

Just of curiosity, if you battle online, does it still effect the affection status of your party? Or does nothing change during online battles? I read if you lose some battles it sometimes, or usually drops the affection status. I wasn't sure if that was still true for online battles.

I haven't noticed anything, and I lost the online battle I participated in.  Granted, I spoiled my team with Puffs and pets afterward.

I don't consider it a total win unless 3 or more of my Pokemon survive. Call me old-fashioned, but I'd really hate it if my Pokemon faint, even if its for the battle. Bonds with any and all my Pokemon I train with, I guess.

I hate seeing my Pokemon faint.  It makes me sad and it makes them sad.

I forgot about that guy!  Time to go do that...

My team for the Elite Four was Fire/Psychic, Fire, Fighting/Steel, Bug/Poison, Psychic, and Normal/Flying.  I TOOK A FARFETCH'D TO THE HALL OF FAME.

And this isn't game related, but it's Pokemon-related, so I'll stick it here.

The other day, I went to make my bed and I found my Mewtwo plushie hiding under the covers with a Sinestro Corps ring.

I'm not sure if I want to know why.

Terminus Cave?  Oh yeah, there's a Legendary hiding out in there.  Also, don't forget that cave in the Pokemon Village.  There's a Legendary hiding in there, too.

What level is your team at?  If you want an easier time, put off beating the game and go grind at the Battle Chateau.  I ground between each gym, so my team was ten-twenty levels ahead.  If you lack a type advantage, sheer brute force works pretty well.

I donno if this is a bug in Poke-Amie or what.

When I go into a air/sky battle with one of those trainers, with Vivillon in my Poke-Amie, Poke-Amie switches Vivillon to the pokemon that I used in my first round against them. Is this intentional?

If that's your first or only flying Pokemon in your party, that's the one you'll use in battle.  I always use St. Elmo, and sometimes he's not in Amie.

So even though I lost my black trenchcoat I was able to get the Blue winter coat thing from Snowbelle instead and I think I like it more. Also got a blue hat to go with it and all looks very good.

Yeah, I'm sporting that blue coat, too.  Blue tights underneath, black boots, blue hat, it's a great ensemble for cheaper than that black trench coat.

My dad and your dad should hook up.

He gives me the same speech for every Liberal Arts degree I've abandoned for some reason or another.
