Yeah, you should be fine, then.  Small meals throughout the day are better for stomach upset than three large ones.  Snack on some crackers here and there to keep your energy up, sip water and something fizzy to keep hydrated.  You don't want to get dehydrated, because spending time in the emergency room with IVs in both arms is not fun at all.

Sip something fizzy to keep things settled.  If you've kept it down for an hour, you'll be fine.  Food leaves the stomach after about an hour.

That's a dairy product.  No more dairy, or if you must have some, only a very little bit.

Did it have cream cheese on it?  If so, no more cream cheese.  Avoid dairy.  It's difficult to digest and it promotes mucous production.  Stick to plain bread to soak up stomach fluids, and fizzy drinks to settle things down.

Due to IBS, I'm a bit more susceptible to food poisoning, or at the very least generalized digestive upset.  Been dealing with some of that since Friday, actually.  My diet's been mostly crackers.

I have good news about the skin rash I was dealing with.  Changing my detergent did the trick.  It's starting to go away now.

The s stands for... EEEEEEVILLLL...

Or, sinister, take your pick. :P

In regards to food poisoning, take it slow.  You need to have time to recover.

Time to play around!

...and drag my fingers so I don't accidentally punch Mewtwo in the gut.

I don't think he would like that very much. :P

What? o-O

Bon Jovi's Livin' on a Prayer.  Great song that I always sing to when I hear it.

If it's not my back slowing me down, it's got to be fatigue. Can't seem to finish my art trade, so that I can start with the contests I've entered.

Fatigue sucks.  It could also be an uncooperative muse.  I've been in a creative drought for a while, and beyond any quick sketches I haven't drawn or written anything of note.  It disguises itself as fatigue, but I'm not tired or achy, and when I sit down to draw, my muse runs off.

That explains how you accidentally punched your Tyrantrum three times in a row. :P

Does it register bare fingers, or do you need to cover your fingers?

I had thirty-seven Ultra Balls (I buy in bulk), so I started using them frivolously.  Caught a Druddigon in one, mainly because I was running out of regular balls.  Pyroar got caught in a Premier Ball, since I have a bunch of those.

Today, I plan to teach Runaway Sleep Talk, then head out to the Pokemon Village, look for a Jigglypuff, and let it sing him to sleep so I can test the move.

He's so proud of his ribbons. XD

And while playing around, I discovered that I could use the touch screen without the stylus, so long as i wore gloves or used my sleeve.  So, I tried petting Runaway... but ended up accidentally punching him. :(

He got four Puffs, several pets, and lots of rounds of playtime as an apology.

That I do.  I just haven't gotten around to raising it, yet.  Tackling some mid-levels before I put in some benchwarming low-levels.

Played with Runaway for a bit.  I taught him Charge Beam, as it's a better fit.  I needed an Electric attacker and i haven't started raising one yet.

In non-Pokemon news, Hermit Mode is awesome.  I plan to curl up with Mabel and enjoy being a hermit.

Yeah, she will just get snippy anyway.  But, my brother will have those on hand.  He's getting quite tired of constantly going back to Gettysburg, anyway.

Not sure what my plans are for tomorrow.  Most likely just enjoying Hermit Mode.

I called my housing case manager earlier today a d requested she send a copy of the rules to my brother's apartment, just so they have them on hand.  Mainly for the benefit of my brother's wife, who was convinced that I was just being "uptight."

As for the weekend, my case manager is cool, as I called and informed her what happened right away and asked for a way to prevent it in the future.

Food poisoning usually resolves itself in a couple days.  Avoid eating anything that would upset your stomach (prisoner diet of bread and water is pretty safe, as is a liquid diet) and you should be fine.

I had food poisoning when I passed my first kidney stone.  Barfed all day the first day, sent to the hospital the same day because I was so dehydrated, and spent three days on a liquid diet at home.

Drink lots of water to stay hydrated, whether or not you throw up.  Don't drink it too fast or a lot in one sitting.  Also, sucking on ice helps.

For the record, a friend of mine is utterly confused by my taste in games, and my Backloggery (should I get around to making one) would send him into conniptions.

"Oh my god, you played and beat THAT?"

In regards to that letter thing, I'm suspecting a hoax.  I'll need to hunt it down and see if I can find it from the source.  If so, then stay classy, Microsoft.

QuickEdit: Found their "doctor's note." Close enough.

Stay classy, Microsoft.

Give me enough prior warning and I can set you up here without much of a problem.  So long as I pre-arrange the visits with my housing manager, then things are fine.  The problem arises when someone shows up unexpected and expects me to let them stay. :P

Sometimes it doesn't work for whatever reason.  Just tack on [img height=500] and it'll be fine.

As for my buys...  Some groceries, a pair of jeans, Deadpool t-shirt, and a phone card.

HERMIT MODE ENGAGED

Oh my god, it's sooooo nice to have my place to myself again!  Time to dig out a moat and force any visitors to Surf just to get here...

Don't eat too much, but do attempt to eat something.  Plain bread and crackers will work, as would plain toast.  Avoid putting anything on bagels, as cream cheese would upset your stomach.  Dairy products are difficult to digest and they promote the production of mucous.

Mewtwo is so proud with all his ribbons.  I should take a picture. 8D

Tomorrow, as I looked at the time and holy [parasitic bomb], I was playing for that long?

Yep, it sounds like a prisoner's diet for you.  Also, soup.  Bland soup.  Liquid diets work well for food poisoning, but avoid dairy.

Mewtwo earned his fourth ribbon today.  I also filled out more of my Pokedex, going on a few capture sprees.  Went and got my free money from the Battle Chateau, as well.

Runaway is doing fine with Return, but I'm considering replacing it with Sleep Talk.

Hit up some Friend Safaris for some Pokemon.  Magmar took more balls than necessary to capture, and Pyroar spammed Endeavor, and then killed itself with Take Down.  I went through three Pyroars before I captured one.  One of the Safaris yielded an Ivysaur, so I caught one and named it Bushroot.
