This is why I usually don't do EV training and usually don't battle competitively; because I suck at it. XD

All the more reason for Wily to get everyone's Pokemon separated.  He gets Runaway alone, things will be easy.  Otherwise, St. Elmo will be out in no time to protect his teammate.

BLARGLE

This squawking smoke alarm won't be dealt with until after Christmas.

Runaway's current moveset would prove to be more of an annoyance than anything.  Only two moves of his would do any damage, and it'd be simply normal damage, while his other two moves wouldn't do [parasitic bomb].

Round out the moveset with Guillotine and Poison Jab and you'll have a nice assistant.

He'll also have the tools necessary for your other, more... eccentric projects.

Well, for a counter to Fairy, you could go Dark/Steel.  Bisharp is pretty intimidating, and a deft blade-wielding freak of nature seems to be right up your alley.  Not only could you take on Psychics with a nice Night Slash, but throw Iron Head at any Fairies.  The Steel subtype would help negate any Fairy damage to just normal wear and tear, while sporting a solid immunity to Psychic.

You got a sharp Psychic-killer on your hands with a Bisharp, and all those blades would play well into the intimidation factor.

"What's your diagnosis, Dr. Bisharp?"

"LUPUS!" *Uses Guillotine on all the limbs.*

Looking up a good strategy to counteract Runaway's FABULOUSNESS~?

...I just had a disturbing thought while thinking of movesets.  A Bisharp trained as a surgeon.  Though, considering its arsenal, it'd be far better as a battlefield surgeon in the Civil War.   YOUR LEG AMPUTATED IN SEVEN SECONDS OR IT'S FREE!

If you're going for sheer intimidation factor, I'd go with Spiritomb.  It simply has a better look to it, something that I wouldn't want to see skulking in a dark alley.

Drapion... ehh...  I named mine stuff like Headcase and Sara Bella, mainly because I think it looks ridiculous.

Well, Runaway got some EV training and I let Mewtwo play in ST for a bit.  I've maxed out Runaway's defense, so he's a pretty decent wall.  His Nature helped out with that one, and more ST raised his lowered attack.  Mewtwo would benefit from some more attack raising, since he's using Return.

I'd like to use Anne Bonney for more than just a Surf/Waterfall/Strength slave, so I may work on STing her.  Once Ebon Hawk is leveled, too, I plan to start working on another Fly slave.  May pull out Ray Charles, my Zubat.

I should some day put together a decent team.  Though, compared to all the Pokemon bred for teams, my teammates are wild-caught losers.

Today I tell maintenance about the smoke alarm (We're not allowed to change the batteries ourselves, and the smoke alarm is positioned in such a way that I'd need to climb on top of the water heater just to get to it), so hopefully the infernal squeaking will stop.

Until then... earplugs.

Meanwhile, in a loft apartment in Lilycove...

Mewtwo dumped a stack of books on the desk, flopped down, opened his computer, opened one of the books, and opened a notebook, then started pouring over the text, checking additional research papers, the books, and double-checking his notes and rewriting things.  Finals were fast approaching, and while he had a short holiday break coming up, it wasn't going to be an excuse to not study.

As he read through his notes and the corresponding chapter, taking additional notes and branching them off into his side project, he stopped cold and let out a loud groan.  He looked to Quickie, who was perusing the cupboards for some idea on what they could have for lunch. "I am not going to be able to study in the next few days, am I?"

Quickie compressed her lips into a thin line a d declined to speak about her conversation with Looker.

Stupid smoke alarm is still squeaking.  Not much I can do about it because I can't quite reach it and I don't have a battery for it.  Also, it's one of those things that I need to call maintenance about.

Until then, I'm just going to keep on ignoring it.  Eventually it will stop.

Hopefully I can have a Shiny in under two boxes, as I'm none too keen on filling up my PC with Hawlucha babies.

Once I get the Bank, though, chain-breeding all the way!

So, one of the smoke alarms has a battery that's going dead.  I can't reach it.

Ate half a cup of ramen, couldn't finish it.  My appetite is barely there, and my stomach just feels too icky.
