"If you're up to it," Trak looked to Runaway, "what do you think?"

Runaway perked up at the prospect of a nice, long, warm bath and a good trim, as his fur had been looking shaggy since the incident in Rustboro.  His mustache could use a comb, too, as the ends were starting to get matted. "Oui."

"His mustache gets pretty tangled up, it breaks combs and he gets funny if you tug while combing it," Trak nodded. "Usually I shampoo it and work my fingers through, but he's fussy about having his face washed, and he won't clean it himself."

As they stroll through the town, Trak spies a contest billing posted on a wall. "Hey, what's that?" Breaking off from the group, she and Runaway wandered over to take a look. "A Pokemon Contest?  Huh.  We don't have these in Kalos, from what I've seen..."

My mom's over for New Years, and so far it's been spent cleaning my apartment.  I was loading the dishwasher, looking for items to make a full load, and Mom started perusing my shelves.

No Mom, Mewtwo is not dishwasher safe.  Neither is Zuckuss.

I was hunting for four flutes.  Who packs four flutes on a vacation?  Some of these items are silly, like people toting three bottled ships.  Did they bring them to sell or have appraised, or did they buy them in Lumiose?  And how the hell do you misplace a bottled ship?  They're not exactly easy to miss.

Lost and Found in the expensive suites is annoying.  Step, A, step, A, step, A, mainly because of the columns and archways obscuring my vision on some tiles.  And how do you lose a flute in the bathroom?  Was the guy sitting on the toilet and playing it?  I found the last one on the floor in front of the toilet.

MAN my living room stinks!  It's taken on that lovely smell of paint.

The thing is, acrylics don't smell hardly at all.  But, when I used them on the masonite, they took on a smell.  My slow-dry medium can't be blamed, either, because it doesn't smell.  That masonite didn't have much of a smell aside from new-art-supplies smell, but once I started painting on it...

So, yeah, if you plan to paint on masonite with acrylics, it will smell.
