Not quite exact, but I think I hit the anatomy fails. XD

And I sneezed and Mabel is staring at me like my head exploded.

Is it just me, or would giving him nipples make him look like a girl?

I debated giving him nipples but decided that they're hidden behind his hand.  Otherwise, he'd look like a girl and the image would definitely be NSFW.  The pencil sketch had a nipple, but I omitted it when inking.

Suddenly... Hawkeye.

(click to show/hide)

Still doing some finishing touches, and it will be scanned tomorrow when I can color it.  Tonight, unfortunately, I can't devote the night to coloring and hunting Abras. :c

Mom's back in Florida, so hopefully I won't have to deal with BLARGLE.  Most of the drama I kept to myself.  Sunday was EXTREEEEEEEEEEME BLARGLE and hopefully the last of that bullshit that I'll have to deal with for a while.

This week's been BLARGLE.

It is.  I was all set to relax when I looked at the paper on my fridge and realized that the inspection is tomorrow.

BLARGLE

BLARGLE

Got a housing inspection tomorrow morning at 9, so tonight I need to spend it cleaning.

So I'm working on a NSFW image of Hawkeye (well, there's nothing showing, but I still wouldn't call it SFW since I modeled his pose after the Cheetara pic in the eicchi thread)...

Well, the best way to determine if such a store would be a success is to look around at what's already in your community.  Is there a niche that this gaming store will fill?  Is there a large enough consumer population for it?  Should you branch out into other types of gaming?  Are there already franchise holders in the area that would be competition?

What can your store offer that Gamestop cannot?  What can your selection offer that Wal-mart cannot?  What will your price range be?  Will you have better deals?  Will your prices be the same?  More, if you have to factor in import charges and exchange rates?  What will your stock have?  Domestic releases?  Indy developers?  Import titles?  Will you hold events?

Another thing is the consumer market.  Will it be viable?  The main reason for the failure of comic stores in Gettysburg is because the consumer market is too small to compete with our crazy property taxes.  Comic stores in other areas change hands frequently, and it's not unheard of for startups to close quickly.  The consumer market is too small in some areas.  Places like Harrisburg, Chambersburg, Mechanicsburg, York, and Lancaster can support one or two comic stores, as they have a larger consumer market.  Gettysburg doesn't have a large consumer market.  When your local comic store owner can identify you by name and count on one hand the number of customers each day (or week, or month), then the market is too small to be viable.

What you could consider doing is branching out to tap into other markets.  Include tabletop gaming supplies and card gaming supplies.  Have a room for tournaments.  Put in board games, such as Settlers of Catan and HeroQuest.  Make the store be all things gaming.  Dice, game books, source books, cards, mats, miniatures, sculpting supplies for miniatures (and a display case for people who make customs), painting, throw in modeling supplies for dioramas, have room for people to play, schedule tournaments and events, along with the usual assortment of video games and paraphernalia.

The more consumer markets you can tap into, the better chance at success you'll have.

It's still more practical and realistic a dream than the examples of hotels that were in my class.  Private bungalows on private islands was one that stuck out to me.  Others had exotic locations.  I threw together a hotel and conference center and dropped it into Harrisburg, because there was a niche that needed to be filled.

Tonight's plans include depleting the Route 5 Abra population.  I know there's a shiny hiding out there!  And I will catch it!  Including every single other Abra I come across.

I'm starting to run low on nicknames for these.  After naming well over 35+ Abras, some names are being accidentally repeated.  I have two Houdinis, went through two David Blaines, and two Lance Burtons.  I think I should just stop naming them before I end up with five Copperfields and three Miss Cleos.

Military training can only do so much.  You can still catch someone unawares.  Unless they still continue to train, that "military training" they had years back means precisely jack.  Both my half-brother and my sister-in-law were in the military, and they'd both admit that I could take them in a fight.

Load it up with as much wasabi as you can handle.  Spicy stuff kills colds.

I wonder if it can be used at the Poke Ball boutique.  I wouldn't mind buying Balls at wholesale prices.

Oh [tornado fang] YES! They're airing the special Mewtwo Awakening episode this coming weekend, along with an Encore airing of the new movie! :D

I've got the DVD that one of my parents gave me this past Christmas 2013. I haven't checked if the episode exists on it. But at least they're airing it. I was kind of worried we might missed out on something. But looks like they got us covered over here. :)

Though I still prefer 1st generation Mewtwo, but I'd watch anything that's a special event thing. :)

This weekend I'll be babysitting.  If I could stream that episode on PokemonTV, I totally would.

Well, looks like the first Global Link event for XY has been announced. There will be an item distribution, for the Discount Coupon. This item entitles you to a certain 50% discount of all items at boutiques. The event will start on Jan 14.

... WELL GREAT I BOUGHT EVERY SINGLE THING ALREADY

And I bought everything that I liked already. 8|

I've had dark circles since I was a kid.  Genetics plays a role there more than lack of sleep.

Bags, however, I'll be sporting those like they're going out of style! 8D

*Dropkicks every single damn Bunnelby into the stratosphere*

If I'm not depleting the wild Abra population, I'm certainly decimating the other wild Pokemon populations in droves.

The exact same thing I'm upset about and the sole reason for my Abra hunt.  Also, the same thing I'll be upset about when I start chain-breeding and destroying ecosystems.  As if depleting a wild population isn't enough. 8|

...Runaway, spraying the tree will deter wild Abras, as you're marking your territory and telling them to stay away.

There's a Scatterbug floating around on Wonder Trade named PeenMuncher, and I can't name an Abra Shazam.

What makes that Scatterbug so special?  I have a Dunsparce named TrouserSnake and I can't name an Abra Shazam.

Bah.  Back to the hunt...
