Ah, okay.

Just went through the Free Money Grind Chateau, with Runaway in the lead.  It was Hypno's first time and he did half-decent.  Fainted once, so I brought Mewtwo out to utterly destroy the other Pokemon in revenge.   Though, Hypno's current Swagger/Zen Headbutt combo serves him pretty well.  I need to work on his speed, though, as it's awful.

He does.  However, he can be hit hard, due to how floaty he is.  But, once you get used to his controls, he's deadly.

Mewtwo's controls did take a bit to get used to, but once I did, I was dangerous.

Aaaaargh, you suck, Met-Ed.  I'll need to go down to the store to pay the bill.  Everything about paying over the phone or online is a huge hassle.

Those are her secondary abilities so they don't apply to her Ergokinesis. And their limits are a lot like Katt/Rinpoos spells, where she practically capable of pulling off one or two shots, whether they're weak or not.

I think we may be dealing with far too many abilities again.  Mind listing them off?  Consolidating them might be the way to go.

Dr. Ladis declined to comment, knowing what sometimes goes on during drug trials.  She busied herself with checking in on Daisy, who was sitting on the floor, playing with a piece of thread.  Quietly, she reviewed the session and what was expected of the Drowzee in future sessions.

Hypno finished his sandwich. "Give me a few minutes to digest and I'll be ready when you are.  Nothing ruins a session like burping." As if a cue, he burped. "Excuse me."

As a Pokemon RP example, I tended to categorize Mewtwo's powers (and by extension, Twoey and Runaway) under Psychic.  Anything else needed is a subset of Psychic.  Disable, for example, becomes a subset of Psychic, as Mewtwo uses psychic abilities for it.  Telepathy is a subset of Psychic, as is telekinesis (not the move), mind-reading, free flight (used through telekinesis), and whatever other power Mewtwo needs to pull out of his butt as the plot demands.

So, for your character, just sum it up as psychic and be done.  Psychic is pretty versatile.

Limit yourself to four or five powers and list them.  They can do what the plot needs, but limit the amount.  It gets less confusing.  Also, beware of too many powers, as it could make your character overpowered and god-moding.

I have no prior Pokemon to play with.  I need to change that.

But first... chain-breeding.  Also, where's my Celebi?  Or do I need to use that new Pokemon Link option in the start menu?

"Might be some brain damage, then," Dr. Ladis nodded. "Brains tend to adapt well to implants, however the skull may not heal around the hardware properly.  Though, the implant surgery itself wouldn't have caused it, if it was done properly, so I suspect 'Twoey' may have been subjected to other things.  A hypnosis session would help find out more about that."

Hypno was too busy eating his sandwich to comment.

"If that Mewtwo's memories are corrupted, we could hold a session with it," Dr. Ladis suggested.

Shoveled up a bunch of ice.  I prefer shoveling snow.

"Retirement will be spent puttering around at home and siring another generation," Hypno nodded. "No battling for me.  Suffice to say, I'd get my yellow butt handed to me by a Wurmple."

Dr. Ladis returned with a few more papers, which she set aside.  She approached Sakura and handed her a USB drive, while handing Hypno a wrapped sandwich. "Here's the copy of the session recording.  I'll be recording the next session with the Alakazam, which we'll approach a little differently.  For that, I intend to trigger the memories it saw, and then have it look for new details."

My reading list lately has been a lot of Lovecraft.  I can read most of his work online, and the majority I can get through in about a day.  Cloud Atlas is looking imposing because it's going to require a lot more time to read, which will take away from time I set aside to draw, paint, write, clean, go outside, etc.

I got it for my birthday.  I'm told that the beginning can be a bit challenging to read, but the book itself is worth it.

Coffee.  Taster's Choice with International Cafe Hazelnut, and creamy chocolate Coffee Mate.  Yeah, it tastes like how you'd think it tastes; like crappy instant coffee with a ton of unnecessary creamer that does little to hide the fact that Taster's Choice is a nasty-tasting coffee.

I've got Cloud Atlas and The Dalek Generation on my reading list.  Haven't started on them, yet.

"Five years of training since birth," Hypno nodded proudly. "I have a pedigree.  Two years of language training, followed by three years of psychiatric and hypnotherapy training.  After that, I was certified, and have been working with both humans and Pokemon for fifteen years." He smoothed his neck ruff in pride.
