"Sure thing, I'll send their number over," Domino nodded. "And off the record, I will neither confirm nor deny the possibility of vigilantes going through the labs on their own, and I will neither confirm nor deny that I have a blueprint of the lab's ductwork."  If only Sakura's phone could pick up the knowing wink that Domino tried to force into her voice.

If only you could sneak in a step ladder like my cousin was able to sneak an entire pizza into a movie theater once.

The problem isn't sneaking one in, the problem is I need to go buy one. :P

Most apartment regulations are pretty lax.  You can hang posters, so long as you use sticky-tack or something else that won't remove the paint (no tape).  Most places will allow pets under a certain weight, and caged pets aren't regulated at all, so go ahead and breed scorpions! 8D  As for repairs, if you know what you're doing and the repairs are minor, you can get away with doing them yourself.

Some places have yearly inspections, so you'll need to keep the place tidy.  You also can't do many of your own repairs, as per regulations, and would need to call maintenance.

I, however, do most of my own repairs.  Everything except for fixing the drywall because I lack a step ladder.  If I had one, this peeling plaster wouldn't be a constant issue, as I would get up there and fix it myself, and even repaint it.  I have the materials, so why not?

Depending on where you move, you might not be able to get wall shelves.  I know I can't.  Any items I have on the walls are held up with removable hangers.

"No problem," Domino nodded. "Anything else?  I can put you in touch with the agency I worked with.  I don't have a lot of documentation on what all projects Flare had, just what I was able to procure, as a lot of it isn't public record.  But, the Kalos authorities have been keeping a firm grip on the labs, and they make regular inspections to chase out any squatters.  The thing is, though, and this really, really bothers me...  There are some levels of the lab that they can't get to.  If there are any Pokemon there, they're all alone.  They've had a hacker come in, but it's been slow going.  I suggested going in through the venting system, but that idea was shot down."

My collection is very, very small, so I have a lot of shelf room.  I also rotate the items out occasionally.

I've got Kadath in the daycare with Gack, my Timid Ditto.  Gack's got an Everstone and Kadath hates him because he's not an Impostor Ditto and couldn't fool her.  So, I'm waiting for them to have hate sex.

Posted on: February 09, 2014, 06:51:06 AM
Got two eggs from that hate sex.  First one gave me a Timid Forewarn Drowzee who's somewhat vain.  The second egg gave me a Timid Insomnia Drowzee who's mischievous!  AW YEAH

"I see," Domino sat down at her computer with her coffee. "I know that we did sell some samples to other labs, but I wasn't sure if they'd be viable.  As for the Flare labs..." she started to look through some records, "public record says they were closed down and any Pokemon they found were confiscated.  As far as I can determine," she did a quick search, "the four women never went back.  I did some undercover work in lieu of a prison sentence, and helped track a lot of Flare operatives down, including those four.  It's not an easy job, as it makes me a huge target."

"Like you wouldn't believe," Domino put the phone on speaker and decided to make herself a cup of coffee. "Things slowed down enough that I could go home, but I'm on call.  If something big goes down, I'm right back on the floor."

Hypno was sitting quietly in the room, sorting through some papers in his bag and taking notes.  It's been a while since his last overnight, and he needed to get the paperwork out of the way.  In the meantime, however, he could at least help write down the bullet points of Sakura's conversation with Xerosic.

Dr. Ladis returned, as did her Hypno.  She saw Sakura on the phone and handed Hypno the recording copies and his bag, gave him instructions for the night, bid him good-bye, and left.

Temperature outside doesn't look too bad.  Time to take out the trash and see how it feels before deciding to go for a walk.

Well, one of my Impish Drowzees has a nicely pumped Sp. Def.  But, I'll try for a Timid, just for some fun.

Just hatched two Impish Drowzees.  One of them, Dreamweaver, is somewhat vain, so her Special Defense is 7.  At least their speed is marginally decent, which was what I was looking for.  I'd like to breed a speedy Drowzee.  What Nature do you suggest I try for?  If one of my male Abras has that Nature, he's getting forced on my female Hypno.
