Do you have access to the staff board? I don't think I have access to those permissions, so you'd need to ask Vixy to add you.
Looking at the Like mod configuration, it's a global thing. I'm going to go to bed soon, so I don't have the time tonight to look through board configuration and see if the Like mod can be disabled for certain boards.

The Bagged & Boarded trailer is almost done, at least this latest draft. Still need to add some more things and adjust timing, but at least the animations have been finalized for the most part. Two animations took both Ringman and I to finalize, with me roughing some missing frames while he finished them, and then drafting frames for another while he finished them.
I've lost track on the amount of weeks that we've been working on this.

It really depends on the project. What kind of project do you wish to make? Art projects can be done with plain old paper and pencil, with whatever image editor you choose to use. For example, after scanning a pic, I'll just clean it up in Paint.NET.
If you plan to do digital art, most people use Photoshop. I use Photoshop Elements, which came with my tablet, and it's mostly used for digital coloring. Most of my work is done the old fashioned way.
Multimedia projects tend to be a bit more involved, and rather than just list a bunch of programs and resources, it'd be better if we knew what you mean by "fan projects."

The video project is very slowly coming together... after one person demanded that an animation be added for them, so we worked on that while tweaking another animation.

I put down $200 to start, and have about $300 or so. The mattress and boxspring itself was $450, and with delivery, removal, and a bedframe, it jacked the price up to over $500. But, the mattress is comfy with a plush pillow top. Ringman convinced me to spend the extra money on a softer mattress.
I stuck with twin, though, as otherwise I'd need to buy new sheets.
