It's been a while since I made freaks in Mii Maker...
Made Sadako and then made a reasonable facsimile of a Hypno.
Added a dog and what was supposed to be the closest approximation of an Espurr.
I guess I'll try and make more animal people later, or see if I can make Mii versions of various characters. Making freaks makes me laugh.

Got more information. Mammaw does need surgery, and the surgeon said that if she doesn't get it, she'll die within a month. However, due to her heart, the surgery is risky. She's going to be evaluated, and if she's cleared, she'll have surgery on her hip by Wednesday.
If she pulls through, she'll be confined to bed for six weeks and then start therapy. Tomorrow, Dad's going to sign papers and give consent.

Got more information. Mammaw definitely fractured her hip, so she's being admitted. She also has a urinary tract infection. The orthopedic surgeon will evaluate her and determine if she needs surgery.

Just heard from my dad that my grandma fell and broke her hip. The nursing home transported her to the hospital and my dad's waiting on more information from them.

I can't seem to get YouTube videos to work anymore. They play intermittently. This has been going on for a couple weeks and was one of the reasons I switched to Mercury.

The mealworm and scorpion are real. It's candy with a bug inside. I've eaten the dried worms before and they're good. The crickets are decent, but the legs get caught in your teeth.

Band-aids and tape to deal with said blister.

Lollipops with critters inside: a tequila-flavored pop with a big mealworm in it and a strawberry pop with a scorpion in it. Yum!
A necklace

Back home after walking into town. I got a nice big blister on the ball of my left foot and it formed before I even got into town, so I had to stop at the store and get band-aids and athletic tape. Taped up my blister and went through town.
On the way back, I stopped at the Ugly Mug Cafe for dinner and had an arepa. Then, on my way home, I stopped and taped up my foot real good to make walking home on a blister a little more tolerable.
Now my shoes are off. Tonight is movie night. I don't want to go walking anywhere for any considerable length of time for a while. Bad enough I dealt with the blister, but also my right hip decided to act up, so I walked the couple miles back home with a bad left foot and a bad right hip.
