If this was dealing with our IRL personas, then... I'd start by catching things to eat. Bugs, crustaceans, fish, various critters... There's quite a bit of food out there, you just gotta be brave enough (or desperate enough) to eat it. And know what is edible and what isn't.
Unless we shipwreck on a sandbar. But then again, there's fish. However, unless we figure out a way to filter [acid burst] or desalinate the seawater, the dehydration would kill us long before we resorted to cannibalism.

Yikes, being sick sucks! Well, it's good to know you're on the mend.
As for me... I went grocery shopping. Stopped at the comic shop, went to Sonic for lunch, then went to the meat market. Then I came home, decided to combine a load of laundry to save electricity and got yelled at by my grandma, which in turn pissed me off and I told her off and walked out. So, my dad talked to her while I was out cooling off.
I'm trying to remain civil and just deal with my grandma's confusion and agitation, but it's getting harder and harder to do so.
