With Microsoft and Sony trying to elbow their way into a market that Nintendo clearly owns hands down, it's like some bizarre resurrection of the console wars.  Only it's... not.  I have a feeling that their endeavors will fall short as most of their games from what I can tell don't cater to motion control.  And as you pointed out, it will be expensive.  Looks like another thing that penniless gamers won't be able to afford.

If I had a 360, or a PS3, or a Wii, I may care more.  But I don't and can't afford 'em, so my interest is only passing.

100 World Story.

That's the only one I can think of at the moment, unless you want a bunch of non-console dungeon crawlers.  Rogue is a good one.  Then there's the FMV-type RPGs.  Drowned God was quite good.  Day of the Tentacle was interesting, too.

Other than weird obscure non-console stuff, that's all I can think of as everyone already named what I would've suggested.

PB froze in his steps.  Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Leeroy bristle, dropping the sword.  Seizing the opportunity, PB grabbed his weapon and brought it to bare, turning slowly, scanning the darkness for the sound of the voice.  "Who's there?"  It took a considerable effort to keep the shakiness from his voice.

A hooded figure stood in a corner.  "You infidels have removed the Slab of Asteroth.  Return it at once and perhaps His Eminence will have mercy on your souls."

300+ pages in, almost three-quarters the way through the book, and only now is Outbound Flight getting even remotely close to the Unknown Regions.  At this rate, it won't ever make it outta the galaxy and Thrawn will just be whored out more.  "He does the impossible!"  Good GOD.  And Jorus C'baoth is an ass.

I can't sing in front of people.  Karaoke I can do, but even then I hold back.  A bit of performance anxiety I guess.

What in hell is going on here?  It was like something from a bad hallucination.  His clone just ate its own head!  Now I've seen everything...  PB mused to himself, reminded of a quote from a particular marionette movie.  Shaking his own head to clear it, he stood, trying to get a handle on the complete and utter strangeness of it all.  Nothing seemed to make sense.  It was as if he were one of those marionettes, being toyed with by sadistic cosmic puppet masters.  Oh look how he dances! PB could imagine them saying with glee.

He tightened his grip on the hilt, his focus intense.  He needed to see through this facade of lunacy and nonsense.  Lewis Carroll's rampant imagination be damned...

Gyro's been in a few episodes of DuckTales if I recall.  In fact, I do believe he started in DuckTales.

The golden pastry held the key to universal domination, they knew.  But the path to retrieve it was not only disgusting, but dangerous, riddled with traps.  "Tread carefully guys," PB warned, mostly to himself, but loud enough for others to hear.  The last thing he needed was the guilt of a comrade's accidental death weighing on his conscience.

Today started out cruddy, then went to meh.  Not much happened.  I did some yardwork and then worked on adapting a scene from The Yavin Vassilika to audio.  I'm almost done adapting that scene, I just need to figure out what additional sound effects and dialogue would be needed, then how to transition it properly.

A book should be enjoyable to read, not make me facepalm 'cause I can't stand how full of himself one of the characters are.  I'm trying to like Zahn's writing, but his Thrawn-wank, and C'baoth's complete unadulterated arrogance is making it a bit hard to do so.

I wanna finish Outbound Flight but the amount of arrogant characters that I don't particularly care for is making it difficult.

Gah, I am not liking Jorus C'baoth at all.  Arrogant would be an understatement.  Some of the other minor characters absolutly despise him and quite frankly, I'm sharing the same sentiment.  He's so damn full of himself it's almost painful.

My Friday evening was actually quite productive.  Got all the dialogue for an entire scene recorded, along with several tracks of sound effects.  Next weekend, I'm gonna try for yet another scene recorded and more sound effects.

Today, I caught up on some sleep.
