If you can get hold of Mike Mignola's adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, that has some nice references in it.  That was actually my biggest reference for a costume design project for my Intro to Theatre course.  League of Extraordinary Gentlemen would provide some nice references as well.

Also, books on Civil War Era fashions will help, along with Googling for images.  The era is the same, the fashions are relatively interchangeable.  Victorian England tends to be a bit more lacy than American Victorian fashions, but the overall style is remarkably similar.

Some examples:






Also, Victorian and Edwardian are relatively interchangeable fashion eras as well.
