Ice maker is a definite possibility. My experience with freezers is limited to ones without ice makers. When they'd form icicles, it was because they defrosted and refroze.

I've a fondness for the Arkham Asylum portrayal of Doctor Destiny, as it makes sense in context. I also like the DCAU portrayal, with the 6'+ skull-headed look being an in-dream manifestation.

Oneiromancy is dream divination. Dreams predicting the future, or divining meanings from dreams to determine future events. Carl Jung practiced this, which is why I named one of my Munna "Carl Jung."
Now, oneiromancy in fantasy RPG could be summoning monsters and entities from dreams, or summoning powers while dreaming. The oneiromancer would need to be asleep or in a dreamlike state in order to summon these powers.
Much cooler than Jung's oneiromancy.
Gameil on TFN brought up oneiromancy and it was the coolest term I've ever heard.
