I don't suppose taxidermy counts?  Because I added a species of borer beetle to my collection.  Granted, it's a bracelet, but it's a taxidermy insect all the same.

I'd better eat this lunch and then get ready to catch the bus.  I'll take it out to Steinwehr and hit the Battlefield from there.  It's not much of a walk out there for some pics, and then back into town.

When the Diancie promotion starts, I'll hike into town and get one.  The clerk was understanding when I explained where you were and happily handed over another Gengar.  Since Sato had card issues, I scratched them off in-store and earmarked one of them.  They're tucked safely away in my bag.

Took advantage of another Hot Topic sale.  Got a couple shirts (Metallica and a Blastoise shirt), got an Espeon plushie, another insect bracelet for my collection, a bowtie because bowties are cool, and got a Metallica shirt for my half-brother.  I was feeling generous.

Then I got a blank book and a couple pens so I can draw Inktober on the go.

I HAVE DISCOVERED LAYERS AND THE ZOOM IN SKETCHBOOK EXPRESS.

You have no idea how much these have improved my iPad doodles!  Zoom is a GODSEND for linework!

Wild encounters are limited to the occasional Larvesta that I rescue, perhaps a Politoed, the occasional Ratata, and dead Skuntanks flattened along the road.

It takes me about forty-five minutes to walk into town to the bus stop.  I'm generally heading in with a backpack to carry things home.  Rte 34 isn't very pedestrian-friendly, either, particularly when I get to the Y and have to cross Table Rock.

With her stats?  Yeesh.  Perhaps as a lover for the Shiny Hypno Breeding Project, but she's not up to snuff for my other experiments.  Right now, her job is to be spoiled rotten.

Though, I may set her up with the Hypnosis/Dream Eater combo and use her as a catcher.  I can always use more catchers.

And Sleeper is in the Daycare and I made some random trades.  Got a 5IV Delphox over GTS for a Charmeleon and a really extremely MEH female Hypno for an Aipom.  I understand why they traded.  Her stats are TERRIBLE.

But, I will give her a good home and pamper her.  She doesn't need to worry about battling or trying to impress her trainer.  She just needs to sit back and eat Puffs while getting pet and massaged.
