Indeed.  Stay safe, Aussies!

And I hope this stupid freezing rain turns into snow.

*slaps Proto's butt.*

I'll hook up my tablet and draw that tomorrow, maybe.  After I get other more-important things done.

Anywho, I learned that Rutter's was having a special on two-liters, so I got two two-liters for three bucks.  Cheap!

I learned that I have the urge to spank Proto's butt, there.  It's just begging for it.

Ken Taylor.  It was two separate posters.  I just slapped them both together for the sake of wallpaper usage.

Not to my knowledge.  And if it had, who cares?  It's awesome enough to post twice.

Today I learned... not a whole lot.  I found a dime, though.

I'm currently listening to it and aside from some minor recording issues and the fact that it just cut out at the talk of Batman: Year One (shortly after the Watchmen discussion), I enjoyed it.  Dunno why it ended there, though.

Well, there's a war occurring in the background, with points of interest being the character development and Jedi shenanigans.

Last week's episode was downright weird.  Not one of my faves, that's for sure.  It had some interesting points, but I could see where it was also influenced very heavily by Avatar and other things.  It just was too out-there for my taste, didn't seem to fit with the tone that the series was trying to convey.  I'd sooner see it in some EU novel.

*waits for Quickie's and PB's angry comments regarding the show*

Honestly, I love the show.  I have Season One on DVD, with plans to snap up Season Two, and I eagerly await Season Three as I missed a few episodes, due to not having a TV.

And as for the episode with Greedo...  Yes, it officially did away with some EU backstory, which made for a mess for us at Wookieepedia to clean up, but it was still a good episode.  He got some hot Twi'lek lovin'.  And I was perfectly fine for him speaking Basic (English), as I've been voicing an English Greedo for a while.

My fave episode so far this season?  Pursuit of Peace.  Others may not have cared for the political commentary, but I loved that episode.  It gave us a glimpse into the socio-economic impact the war is having on the common man, something we would otherwise never get to see.

I still wanna go to Chuck E. Cheese's, and there's one nearby.  Convincing the rest of the household to go has been quite an ordeal.

But anywho...

I both like and dislike shoveling snow.  I like it because it's great exercise and it's a way to kill some time.  I dislike that I'm sore afterward.

Alrighty, some things happened since the last battle.  After searching a room, Dengar found some rotten cheese, which was given to Greedo to carry.  Upon searching another room, a small hole is discovered in the wall.  So, Greedo puts the cheese in front of the hole.  The floor rumbles and the wall explodes as a huge crazed rat bursts forth, followed by a battalion of smaller rats, driven to distraction by the odor of the cheese!  It was time for a boss battle!

That Fat Rat was immune to the effects of 4-LOM's lute and was unaffected by Dengar's charm.  So, the party concentrated all their firepower on the Fat Rat.  The Fat Rat attacked Bossk and IG-88 and Greedo, and Zuckuss was slinging Heal Wounds as fast as he could, all the while taking out the group of Killer Rats with Stink Bombs.  He and 4-LOM double-teamed on the Fat Rat, with 4-LOM unleashing a full blast (as his mana would allow) of Energy Blast, and Zuckuss letting it have it with all the Acid Splash he had.  That was summarily followed by Dengar stabbing with his spear, Greedo thrusting with the cutlass, Bossk taking a swing with the bastard sword, and IG-88 letting loose with one of his jackhammer hits.  Lather, rinse, repeat.  The Fat Rat finally goes down, though he almost took Greedo, Bossk, and IG-88 with him.  The rest of the rats were wiped out with a Stink Bomb and a swing from Bossk's bastard sword.

After that, 4-LOM gained a level (level 5) and learned Terror.  Zuckuss cast Heal Wounds on the injured party members, then they hoofed it down to the basement to, uh, "procure" some items from the trader, Queequeg.  So, Greedo makes his move... and steals some items.  Those items, once reviewed and either traded to another party member and equipped or deemed useless, were then sold back.  Greedo pilfers some more and snags three Heavy Heals!  Greedo also stole himself some leather goods, so now he's decked out in leather.  He stole a fur halter, but no one could use that, so he sold it back for a measly amount.

Next up is exploring the new passageway the party has uncovered!  Well, it was explored, but we forgot to save, so we need to explore it again.  At least it's mapped out and the party knows pretty much what to expect to find in there, aside from random enemy battles.

I like it when it snows.

I also like our party in Wizardry.  The story we've cooked up for them is rather entertaining.
