I've been to Atlantic City twice, and that's only because a local bus company does group trips there for about $25. I intend to go again, for no real reason other than that it's a cheap trip and I can play some nickel slots. And walk the beach in cold weather, when no one will be on it.

I've put sour cream into mac and cheese. Oh, and broccoli is a good ingredient. And who doesn't like bread crumbs as a topping? There are also different types of cheeses and substitutes for the milk and/or butter. I've used blue cheese salad dressing once, with some nice results. Also, Dijon mustard can give the dish a nice kick.
