Eva-4 means you got Kaiyodo Revoltechs. Since they never made Unit-04 in any other line except a model kit line.

I don't really get into models, pre-built stuff is just nicer for me.

EVA-4 wasn't a model.  He came pre-built and fully posable.  I have another smaller purple EVA unit (I'm not familiar enough with the series to remember the names, I just like the toys), and it also has some nice articulation, though not as much as EVA-4.  Here, I'll dig up the video of EVA-4...

That sounds like a sexy Latin term. XD

Indeed.  Now, though... I have a question...

Since guys have waifus, what do girls have?

That's certainly cheaper than I had imagined they would be, considering I'd be plunking down $25 for a five-pack of Prismacolor markers.

I've had a lot of success with Evangelion figures in the past, but I forget what manufacturer they came from.  Great articulation and pretty sturdy, and the interchangeable parts are an added bonus.  If most figures are anything like trusty ol EVA-4, then I'd be willing to drop the cash on a couple.  One at a time, though.

How well do the paint decals stand to general wear and tear?  Can you handle the figure without the paint flaking off?

How sturdy are these figures?  For my display pieces, I stick to stuff that's non-posable.  For stop-motion, though... the more articulation, the better.  But, sturdiness is also a requirement, as I've had figures fall apart while I'd be posing them for a shot.  I would really hate to sink $50 into a figure, only for it to fall to pieces as I am posing it, or removing it from the sticky-tack (I use that to keep figures upright).

Very much so.  Rehab is futile; I'm too far gone.

I can't stop.  I've used all sorts of stuff.  Acrylics, oils, pastels, charcoal, graphite, ink, watercolor, pencil...  I've sculpted, carved, engraved...  I've Photoshopped.  My god, I even build costumes!  It's consumed me.  It's consumed my entire life.  Now I'm trying to do art for money.

It's a Wal-mart prepaid service.  I get unlimited for $45, and the service is pretty good, so I haven't been too eager to switch.  I just need to eventually upgrade my phone, and I can get an Android phone for about $100 through them.

It's a matter of the service.  Before I started with StraightTalk, I asked if they were able to switch out SIM cards with any phone, so that I could upgrade to a model that they did not offer.  They said that they can only do it with StraightTalk phones, so if and when I upgrade my phone, I would need to go with one of their phones.  Otherwise, I would need to change my number yet again.

If I were able to upgrade from my crappy phone to R2-D2, I would.  But, I can only upgrade to another pay-as-you-go.

Quickie, you know the rules. When posting what food you bought, it must be detailed by exactly what you ordered. Another such incident like this and you're getting a firm ban spanking. A Spabanking if you will!  8B

Oh, right.

Shrimp mei fun, lobster fried rice, and Chinese sugar donuts.  I ordered it after much deliberation, as I needed to make sure that the minimum order was $15.  Once I decided, I called, ordered the aforementioned items, and then waited about forty minutes.

I'm a user.  I've been a user for years.  Rehab has not helped.  I'm one of those "hopeless" cases.

Though, perhaps I should add an addendum...

I may say that it's "three strikes" but it really depends on when I catch anything happening.  And I may forget when I'm busy doing other things.  So, really... don't think that what I said was set in stone.

Besides, there are other mods to whom you guys can complain.  :P

School's not a problem guys. I'm back.

Now don't go posting during class.  Teachers tend to hate that.  And, since you're using a school computer, your school's IT guy will know what you're doing during class, so be... stealthy about it. :P

If it will assuage any concern, that new user will be on a three strikes trial.  Three missteps, and the user's gone.

Stupid sore left kidney.

And dammit, trying to play bureaucrat on Wookieepedia and fix up our reputation within Wikia while our current bureaucrat undermines my efforts every step of the way is going to drive me nuts.

Reviving this because I want to post dreams.

Last night, I dream I was sitting outside, watching deer go by, and then a hammerhead shark swim through the air.  So, I decided to go inside and get dinner.  I walked into this huge apartment building and got lost, unable to find my way around.  I eventually boarded a tram with a few other people, who were also lost. One guy said that he didn't like the elevators, and I said that I didn't like them either, as they toss you around.  We get off the tram and go on a hunt for the terminal with the tram that will take us home.  We end up getting separated and I join with another group of people, also looking to find their way home.

As we roam this massive complex with trams and terminals and walk through a food court, we notice that everything had become very quiet and everyone was staring at us and trying to prevent our passage.  One man, seated at a table, kicks a chair in my path and tells me to turn back as I'm "getting too close."  I tell him that it's my brain and thus my dream, and therefore, I can do whatever I wish.

The man becomes upset and says, "NO!  You don't understand!  You don't own this world! They do!"

I ask who "they" are, but receive no answer.  Our progress impeded, I turn back and decide to find a different way around.  Only, there's a group of people fighting a zombie as I move passed, and they're trying to keep the zombie away from me.  "We can't let it hurt the brain!  Protect the brain!"  I eventually get away from that group and emerge from a building and walk through a lobby, with someone talking about what "a great movie" that was, and I see an overlay of credits scrolling.  I ignore them and go outside, to see trees toppled all over, as if a storm has passed through, and no one around, save for two teenage boys standing on a street corner.

The doorbell rang and I woke up and maintenance had arrived to fix a breaker.
