Last I checked... I honestly do not know what the age of consent is in the GFFA.  As far as I know, it has not been touched upon by any sources.  However, since Ahsoka's last canon age was 16, she is still underage by the Wook's policies.  That is why she, along with Mission Vao, cannot be nominated for Mrs. Star Wars.  Characters need to be over 18.

Mewtwo nodded slowly and fell silent, thinking about something.  Quickie returned with the drinks--some juice mix she had made earlier--and set the pitcher and cups on the table.  She looked to Sapph.  "So, after that bit, what did you do?  Did you go into hiding?  If I recall, you were mentioned, but to what capacity, I forget.  Like I said, haven't been following the paper much, I only get it for the crosswords, and Mewtwo can't read."

Meanwhile, in Viridian City...

Giovanni threw the cap to the floor, stormed off to his bathroom, and washed his face as best as he could.  He had dealt with permanent marker before--an unfortunate encounter with a Jigglypuff in his younger days--so he made sure to stock his restroom with cleanser to remove it.  He splashed water onto his face and stood there, hands gripping his sink, glowering into his mirror as water dripped from his nose and eyebrows.  Today has been utter chaos.  Complete and utter chaos.  And that lunacy in his own office!  His private sanctuary--defiled!

Thankfully, he had the foresight to procure samples of that unknown litter before that little maniac set it ablaze. 

Deciding it best to leave the gym for the day, Giovanni dried his face, left the restroom, acknowledged the grunts engrossed in the cleanup, and slipped unnoticed through a door.  He descended a flight of stairs and keyed in a sequence, swiped a card, keyed in another sequence, and finally unlocked a door, which he walked through and immediately secured behind him.

Gym duties can wait.  He has a few proteges who can man the gym for the time being.  His heels clicked against the waxed floor as he strode down the long, darkened corridor to his other office.  As he walked in a tense, irritated silence, he stopped for a moment beside a set of thick glass windows that looked into an empty, dark room.  A lone light from some piece of equipment blinked forlornly in a corner.  Giovanni's eyebrows knitted together as he set his jaw.  "Worthless beast."  The word was practically spat.

His heel clicked and he resumed his trudge to his office.

Quickie lowered her voice slightly.  "Mewtwo doesn't read... or rather can't read.  So, obviously, he wouldn't know."  She shrugged.  "But, those are some serious war wounds you got there.  And they healed in a spring?"

Mewtwo looked at Quickie for a moment, but decided against the silent exchange.  It was best, he decided, to keep his thoughts to himself.  He returned his gaze to Sapph.  "After that faction dissolved, did he take any action?  Did he acknowledge that group, or was he content to just put it behind him?"  It was obvious that he was trying to avoid saying Giovanni's name.

Mewtwo, meanwhile, seemed quite interested in Sapph's story, which Quickie found a bit odd--the Pokemon usually retreated to his room and spent the rest of the evening alone before he would prowl at night.  This time, however, he was seated in the living room, listening intently.  "What happened to this offshoot group?"

Back in my day... Teachers were supposed to know how to properly spell the words on the spelling test.

Once again, Mt. Holly Springs Elementary has disappointed me.  My niece's teacher marked her correct spelling of "slimy" wrong, saying it was spelled "slimey."  I convinced my sister-in-law to send a note to the teacher, proving her wrong and asking her to correct this oversight.  If this was done with my niece's spelling test, it no doubt happened to other students' tests.

What the hell happened?  In my day, teachers were supposed to teach the students.  Now all it is is teaching to the test.  The damn PSSA tests rule the education system and no one actually learns anything.  It's memorization of niggly things in order to pass a damn test.

Giovanni stood there, gaping blankly at Pyro.  He shook his head quickly and ordered his grunts to remove Pyro from the premises.  "GET OUT!"

He turned away from the door and brought his attention back to his ruined desk.  Important documents buried beneath this pile of used litter, destroyed.  And the smell!  That pungent smell!  He idly wondered if this litter belonged to his Persian.  Perhaps he has a disgruntled agent in his midst...  Well, that fool will be taken care of in due time.  

No... that wasn't his Persian's litter.  The odor was far too strong.  His Persian was on a specialized diet designed to reduce gas and odor.  And he personally oversaw the removal of the old litter.  This wasn't his Persian's litter.  Most certainly not, due to the fact that his Persian was dewormed regularly and the last Pokemon Center visit confirmed that the creature was free of parasites.  He turned to one of his assistants.  "Take a sample to the lab and have it analyzed.  Find out where this came from!"

The assistant nodded, collected a sample, and was out the door within minutes.

Giovanni heaved a long, heavy groan.  Today simply was not his day.
