I seriously doubt that that thread is the main cause. It's a server issue, rather than a forum software issue. If the problem stemmed from the amount of posts, we would have seen slowdowns and crashes long ago.

Quickie settled back to snack on some canned meat. "It's a good thing that military surplus store opened in Saffron, else I'd have to pay the Pokemon Center's inflated prices for their food. Really, the quality of the food is the same, but it's far cheaper to get a case of meals at the surplus store. The Pokemon Center gouges you for a box of food."

I do, too. But, it does feel really nice to stand up, so I find every chance I can to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, my legs cramp from being folded up or having to straddle some carry-on I have stowed under the seat. Coach leg room is awful.

I hate it when I arrive in one terminal, and my flight leaves from another terminal, and I have only ten or twenty minutes to find that damn terminal. The signs point every which way, lead me down terminals with no signs to say if I'm going the right way until the very end, where if Fate really wants to torment me, I find out that I went the wrong way and have to double back and search some more.

That Yoda statue is about as close as most people get, if they can even get passed the gatekeeper in the parkinglot. After that, the lobby is where the lucky few usually end. Our group went beyond that. Far beyond that. To places where even the tours don't go.

"As the hunting opportunities in the city were rare, I had resorted to scavenging," Mewtwo continued. "Though, when the opportunity presented itself, I had occasionally raided a Pidgeotto roost." He paused. "Sometimes, it became excessive enough to warrant human attention, and at least one or two interventions. One particular human had managed to sneak up on me after I had broken into a roost. I was able to escape with one Pidgeotto, though I was grazed in the process. I expanded my hunting range after that, and even resorted to breaking into stores and scavenging."

The night had passed without incident. Aside from the occasional waking to wander into the forest and relieve themselves, everyone slept soundly. The night itself was chilly, and a layer of dew had settled on tents and sleeping bags. The morning was equally uneventful, as everyone had breakfast, packed up, and once more started on their journey. Morning passed as they walked, and the afternoon approached. By mid-afternoon, the group decided to stop for lunch. Aside from small breaks here and there, they had walked almost nonstop.
Quickie dug around in her bag for something to offer as food. "I know we packed a lot, but has anyone ever considered hunting? Living off the land? Might be a bit disturbing, but it's a thought..."
