I've taken a multimedia course, and it included not only shooting movies, but editing them. This class went along with a motion graphics class. The bulk of the work was pre-production, editing, and post. It's fine if you're into the technical aspects of film, but if you're not wired to do a lot of very tedious work, it's not a class you'd like.

So, I caved and got the Ace Attorney trilogy for the iPad. Free to play the first two episodes. I've read the reviews, and they're mixed, so I'll try it out, see if it's as buggy as people say, and decide from there if I want to pay for the rest of the game.
Knowing how much I love the game, I'll be dropping the cash. Bugs? I play around with alpha-stage programs with poor user interfaces. I'd play Phoenix Wright via command line.

Oh, nevermind. As for the Scouts... I'm not sure. Part of me wants Sailor Jupiter in my collection, but the more sensible part of me says to save that money for bills and SW stuff.

Still haven't quite sold at least one admin on the very idea of using video clips, but no one can say that I haven't tried.
Though, if Tope uses it as an excuse to jump down my throat, I'm going to be very angry.

I explained that this is an ongoing thing with Wikia--they're selecting different members at a time to visit their offices. Steven and I were not the first to go and will certainly not be the last. But, the chances that two of our BCs would be invited is slim to nil.
The reason simply boils down to their attitude.

Wookieepedia shouldn't be stressful. Admins should be able to work together. But, Tope is actively attacking me in the public IRC channel for what I can assume are very petty reasons. I'm tempted to avoid the main channel for a while, but I know that that will backfire. And if I follow along with the rest of the cabal like a good little sheep, I have a feeling that that will backfire, too.
Since the Wikia trip, I've basically been damned if I do and damned if I don't, and unless in involves a ToS violation, there's nothing that Wikia themselves can do about it.
I'm going to lay low on the IRC for a while and just not say anything. I'll keep on doing what I've been doing, but unless someone actually talks to me, I'm keeping quiet.
I think Tope is trying to force me off of the admin team by bullying me into submission.
