Quickie got behind Wily and put her hands under his arms, lifting him to his feet.  Once he was standing and she was sure that he wouldn't topple over, Quickie looked around once more.  "That was one hell of a blast...  Geez, Mewtwo must be exhausted," she returned her gaze to Wily, "though I can't imagine that getting hit by that blast was much fun, either."  She once again surveyed the damage, noting that Mewtwo was not present; he must have gone off somewhere.

"It's like a damn bomb went off out here!  First, the Superia causes an earthquake, then this!  Did someone's Electrode Self-destruct or something?  I mean, I didn't see any, just you and Mewtwo--" she stopped.  "Holy crap, you think Mewtwo did this?  What was he doing?"

Quickie also regained her senses and she pulled herself to her feet.  She jogged over to Sakura and Wily.  "What happened?  I'm off to go see what's up with Steiner and a hole in the ground, the next thing I know, I'm taking an unexpected flight!"

After a moment, a dazed and exhausted Mewtwo raised himself on his elbows.  His head was spinning, much as it had been after he had teleported an entire lake and spring beneath a mountain.  He looked to Wily and knew that despite the collateral damage, the man would be fine.  Letting out a breath, Mewtwo pulled himself to his feet and staggered off to a quiet and secluded spot around the side of the Center, where he slumped down beside the building.  He would go back inside later.  Right now, he needed a nap.

With a tremendous explosion of energy, Mewtwo released the massive psychic attack, knocking both he and Wily backwards.  The shockwave burst forward in a spreading blue blast that rattled and cracked the windows within its radius, the shingles on Center's roof ringing with an eerie squeal, trees and plants bent backwards from the wave of energy, and the levitating debris flung wide. 

Some distance away, Quickie was caught unawares and flung head-over-heels by the blast, landing in a dazed heap.  The Pokemon Center itself had its doors practically thrown off their hinges, and a wary Nurse Joy had staggered to the entrance to look around.  Stunned trainers babbled in confusion as they crowded about the entrance, debris strewn across its steps, the glass cracked and broken.

Inside... Upon seeing Mewtwo, and hearing the conversation outside, Dr. Wily II said... "I... I'll try..."

Outside... Dr. Wily II tsk'd at the adamant Mewtwo... And unknowingly spoke... "D-Do... I-I-It..."

Mewtwo focused harder, gritting his teeth.  His entire body began to feel numb as he channeled every last bit of energy that he could muster into this single concentrated Disable.  Around him, a fiery blue aura ignited, glowing brighter with each passing moment.  Small stones and bits of debris began to rise off the ground in a gradually-widening radius around him and Wily.  Wily's own hair began to react, as would the hair of anyone within close proximity; standing on end and tingling as if there were an electrical charge in the air.
Inside the Center, Quickie followed Sakura out of the cafeteria.  She brushed by Kojiro in the lobby as she ran, spinning about on her shoe to wave and apologize.  "Sorry about that!"  She flashed a quick smile and dashed out the door.

Sure enough, those darned kids left their garbage outside.  I'll be speaking with the management to put more garbage cans around.  I'm tired of picking up everyone's rubbish because they can't be arsed to throw it away themselves.

Mewtwo narrowed his eyes at Wily.  "I have far better control over my power than when I had first used it."  He stepped forward, putting both hands on Wily's head.  "And I will use that power to save my father."  Closing his eyes, he concentrated, focusing all his energy into one, concentrated psychic burst.

Seriously why are teenagers so irritating, me and my friends sure as hell weren't.

Neither was I.  Granted, toward my latter teenage years, I had an emo phase, but everyone goes through that.  I certainly didn't hang out where I wasn't welcome, or destroy private property.  I was respectful to adults, for the most part, and overall a straight arrow.

I may step outside for a bit before I haul out and hook up the scanner.  Need to make sure no one left their garbage around my door again.

Though, they did damage some of my Halloween decorations.  Broke the legs off of one of my spiders and undid some of the webs.

Outside, the shockwave had knocked Mewtwo off his feet and his concentration vanished.  His gaze snapped to the ruckus.  Should he investigate, or should he return to his duties?

Mewtwo encountered Wily outside of the Pokemon Center.  The man seemed... normal, but there was still something off about him.  And Mewtwo knew how to correct it.  He inhaled slowly and concentrated, focusing all of his energy into this single psychic blast.  He remained silent as he worked on targeting the right area for the best efficacy.  He gave a quick nod to the dwarf Pikachu to retreat to a safe distance, as since he had not attempted this in a long time, he could not be sure if there would be any collateral damage.

Quickie paced back and forth outside before she wandered over to some potted plants.  They were some type of fern with fluffy fronds, which she ran through her fingers.  After a moment, she went into the lobby and spotted Ahrzayl.  "Hey," she jerked a thumb down the hallway, "Mewtwo's sleeping right now, so you want to head to the cafeteria?  See if they got anything good?  I could use some more coffee, myself.  Pick something up for Mewtwo, while I'm at it."

Mewtwo stared at the screen.  "Did... did I do that?"  He looked to the Pikachu.  "I have very few memories of my own creation, and only video records..."  He regained control of the interface and studied the video for a moment longer before he closed it.  "That is it, then..."  It was time to put an involuntary action under his control.  He ejected the disc and removed his hands from the interface, which immediately sent the computer into standby.  Closing the computer and sealing it, he stood and looked to the dwarf Pikachu.  "Let us go find your master... we have work to do."  Motioning for the Pikachu to hop up on his shoulder, Mewtwo made his way to the door, intent on locating Wily.

And for the record, if you're a scientist on Team Rocket's payroll, you're classified as "evil."  Thus, they were both created by "evil" scientists.  Also, in the original Japanese dub, Mewtwo wasn't "evil."  He was portrayed closer to that of a confused child and even had childlike mannerisms.  The English dub made him evil.

And for fun, here's the temper tantrum I threw on IRC...

<TrakNar> Okay, what the hell.  So, I got some information on the new movie, and the Mewtwo in that one is indeed a different one created by different mad scientists.
