The balance is off that's why this pose won't work and the character is stiff. Also Quickman already pointed out hands, legs and proportions. Quick fix would be to forget the kick for now and redo the pose (make the pose more dynamic). But what I really think you should do is read some anatomy books and practise some realistic figures. After a month you'll do anime characters much better than you did before. This is just my take on the character. I'm not here to discourage you so whatever you do/decide don't stop drawing.
My take on Parfume Woman... I know I hadnt asked about it but I find your style to be non-megaman. So, I tried Capcom/Inti official style.
I can't tell if it's woman or a man to be honest. What I would change in this would propably be that I'd put the perfume bottle on her back and make two hoses come from the bottle to her hands where she would spray perfume. That would take care of her looking like a bottle and full body bottle design == boring IMO. There doesn't necessarily have to be perfume bottle design anywhere. Just make her spray perfume from her hands and look pretty like splash woman.
well then, i guess that's about it with the faces, right?
as for the stages, well, i need to think about the other 6 RM (i already got an idea of Volcano and Opera's Stages)
as for Gelato's, (How about......An Ice Cream Factory ala Willy Wonka?) for Perfume......An Scent Perfume Factory For Feather's (a Mountain Forest) For Moon's (a Moon Base Station ala Ducktales on the NES)
