I heard that they were considering putting Fou-Lu from BoF4 in for a time (but sadly cancelled).

The way I did it when I was mapping for a HL1 mod was to take the sound of a jet of steam and reduce it in pitch (and a little in tempo), indistinguishable from static except to me.

Won't stop people from complaining that she looks like she belongs in a Pokemon game instead of a Rockman game.Actually it looked a lot more Pokemon (and stupid) with the original hair, I would be fine with that other design.
