No, that's Morrison.
These days, I assume everything that doesn't make sense or is bad or I don't like in comics is either Quesada or DiDio's fault.

And can anyone make the connection as easily as I can to how Batman's gonna be the new Orion?
Didn't DiDio want Batman to become a god or whatnot?

...today, I bought it again for Gaming Shitfest '10. It's a party a few friends and I do every year. We each bring a game which is complete crap, randomize selection between all. Whoever lasts the longest with one of those games, wins the whole set of horrible games to take home. It's awesome. We've been doing this for three years.
I want a piece of that action

The King of Fighters 2002: Unlimited Match Tougeki Version
Rez

And anything else I bother downloading/starting up. I still need to beat FF8. But that will require grinding. [tornado fang].

A part of me still wishes he and Black Canary were married.
What? They're not married? What happened?

Also, I've always loved GA's attitude. It's gold. I loved when he joins Batman and gang to go [tornado fang] up Brother Eye in Infinite Crisis, and Batman tells him "I just wanted to see if you would come along".

I think SNK if famous like that with cheap bosses and all
....What?

Edit: Oh, it just hit me. Is, not if. Yeah, now it makes sense.

You suck, you got my hopes up. I was hoping we'd see a giant ass dream match using all the sprites from 96 to XI. They really need to do that. Give it either 98UM or 02UM's system, maybe toss in dream cancels from XI. Awesome [tornado fang]ing game it would be.

'94/'95 - Sucked. Clunky as hell.
'96 - Series finds its stride. Goenitz was difficult and a dick with his everywhere tornados, but he was beatable.
'97 - Great game. The Orochi Team and the final boss were great. Orochi got Rugal's genocide cutter and Goenitz's anywhere-on-screen attack, but it was an awesome battle.
'98 - Make Some Noise! Everything great about the last four games combined and the return of Omega Rugal, who was tough but beatable. Easily one of my favorites.

'99 - Weird changes to the system. Back roll snaps you forward, striker system. Not as good as 97, but good. It also has the only decent boss of the NESTS sage, Krizalid.
2000 - Unmemorable. Cloned Zero was a bullshit boss.
2001 - [tornado fang]. This. Game. Two things came out of it: Yuri gets a Raging Demon rip off and the striker system hits it's peak. Zero returns from the last game, even CHEAPER with [tornado fang]ing SPAMMING STRIKERS and THEN.. THEN! This mother [tornado fang]er. Igniz. The worst boss I had ever faced in my life. Are you [tornado fang]ing joking? This guy was complete bullshit. After beating this game once I didn't touch it in god knows how long. [tornado fang] Igniz.
2002 - Another dream match. Drops the Striker System, goes back to a '97 style system, return of Rugal. Beefed up. Worse than his '98 incarnation. At least he's beatable. Nothing like [tornado fang]ing Igniz.

2003 - Something about this game just feels refreshing after coming out of that slop that was the NESTS saga. Like, just thinking about it, 2001 is all dark in my head and then 2003 is a ray of sunshine. Love the tag out system, definitely made the gameplay more interesting and more hectic. Two final bosses depending on performance. Adelheid, Rugal's kid, is tough but beatable. Love him. Mukai brings back another "HIT YOU ANYWHERE" attack, and it's annoying at times, but like Goenitz, he's beatable. Thank god, too. Igniz was such a bad taste in my mouth.
XI - The only appearance of a new favorite, Oswald. Great character. Improves everything of 2003, but then you get to the bosses. Mother. [tornado fang]er. First you got Shion, KoF's Bridget. Androgyny incarnate. They designed him as a woman and then go "No, it's a dude". Shion makes ASH look manly. And he is BULLSHIT. However, once you get used to him, he's beatable. And then.. My. God. What were you thinking, SNK? The absolute most bullshit final boss in all of King of Fighters, Magaki. You know what Bullet Hell is? Welcome to the fighting game version of it. This guy will spam projectiles everywhere. He will explode in your face everytime you get near him and he will not hesitate to use his full screen super the moment you drop your gaurd. He is bullshit. I hate him.

Not played XII, no need to. I'll play the complete version, XIII. I hope it'll be fantastic. I love this series.

Guess they found that attack silly. It did look a bit silly.

Funny note that Rugal was original going to copy attacks from enemies, but do to limited memory, they scrapped it. It would have been so great to see that. But then, Rugal pulling out a Psycho Ball...
Like Rogue from X-Men Vs Street Fighter? Yeah, it would've been interesting, but that's why we got Rugal using Geese Howard's Reppuken and Krauser's Kaiser Wave. And of course, in CvS2, he gets Akuma's Ashura Warp (which he spams worse than Akuma ever did) and Raging Demon.

You know, looking at how KoFXI was and then seeing how KoFXIII is, did they switch teams in between the two? You look at '03 and XI and they actually seem to be moving forward in time and evolving, with Terry wearing the Garou jacket and such. The plot seems to at least stick together, as well. Then, with XIII, some characters went back to old outfits and stances (Terry, Ryo) while others got new outfits, some were made younger (Athena), and this story seems to go completely off what seemed to be originally happening with 03/XI. I hope the gameplay is at least solid because it's like SNK managed to take just as many steps forwards as they did backwards and ended up right back where they started.

They let one guy stare at women´s breast while they made another one train. The one that trained had better results than the guy who starred at boobs
I remember this, yeah. Staring at boobs doesn't do much for you.

YES. SILVER SURFER, HELL YES.

At least ONE of these guys made it in. And I guess Super-Skrull is cosmic too. I just hope there's the possibility of DLC.

That game was so bad it made me turn off my Gamecube. Only game to ever make me do that. The only level I enjoy is Sky Troops, but never enough to actually pick the game back up.

Also, "My name is Shadow The Hedgehog and I'm going to destroy this DAMN planet!" and then Eggman dies to a karate chop. Wonderful.

Final Fantasy 3 SNES

Working Condition

Box & Manual

35 dollars.

I was so [tornado fang]ing psyched. I couldn't even believe it was right there in the case looking back at me. I had gone in with the intention of getting a new AV cable for either my PS2 or DC and I walked out with a hard copy of my favorite Final Fantasy game.

Or the Dead End Screamer.

Seriously, why didn't he have that in 2002? I loved watching Rugal leap onto someone's head, break their neck, and then spin like a mother [tornado fang]er all the while laughing and taunting you.

CD had it's problems, though. Time Travel was largely useless. There was never any point to warp to the future, all you needed was to go into the past and find the machines Robotnik left laying around and then just finish the level there. Hell, you didn't even actually need to do THAT. If you can beat the Special Stages, the time travel gimmick is completely pointless.
