Ugh, is it just the NES version of Castlevania or is this game really not that fun when you get towards the end? I'm all for a challenge, but this is about as fun as rubbing my balls against a cactus. Nostalgia glasses are heavy when it comes to this title.

Yay, Level 4 of Castlevania. It can be a bit frustrating with the way it handles sometimes, and Medusa heads of pits make me ffffff but otherwise enjoying it

This is what I've been using. I figure I look good enough to be drawn :P Though, I'll take a raincheck until some witty vehicle or gimmick can be thought up

dashing doesn't affect the height of the jumps.
Actually, it does. The technique I used was dash at the wall and double jump. You get more height off the original jump and the second gives you enough to get King right in the face.

Also, wave burner? What?

I just like animals I can interact with. My sister has a snake, but eh. A snake doesn't cuddle and it doesn't really do much beat [parasitic bomb] everywhere and eat mice. I couldn't have a snake just for that reason. Feeding it frozen mice.

You sir, have a retarded dog.
It gets better. My mom named him after an Egyptian god, right? She's got a bunch of egyptian stuff around the house.

He hates it. If you say Nefertiti, he loses his frikken mind. We used to have a bust of her on the entertainment center and if you let him near it, he tried to eat it. We had to put a rag over it so he wouldn't see it. Once he got ahold of the rag, he tore it to pieces.

All moms egyptian stuff is now upstairs :P

My respect for you dropped massively. Judau is punk, totally irresponsible and lacks in piloting skills. Sure, he's a strong Newtype, but to think this guy beat Haman while neither Kamille nor Char could even touch her is preposterous.
YOU THINK DIFFERENTLY THAN ME SO YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T DESERVE MY RESPECT DDDD:

Right.

Armitage III. I saw this years ago. Decided to rewatch it. 4 ep OVA series plus two movies. [parasitic bomb] is cash.

How unique are we talking? You gotta have a scheme thats accessible and easy to grasp

But I'm already making a fighter with batshit-characters...well technically, I just have the drawings/designs/concept for the characters.
Thats a start.

I also have and idea for the control scheme and such...but I don't have the programing skills (actually I have no programming skills at all.) to back them up with.
Control schemes aren't all that hard to come up with. Just depends on if you're used to fighting games or not. 2D Fighters are easy. Its the 3D Fighters that have wonky [parasitic bomb]. Also, MUGEN would be somewhere to start. It has the engine and such if you really wanna get this going somewhere.

...Also I have no spriting skills...
This is a problem.

Well don't be! :P

Between the two of us, we could easily make a Darkstalkers-ish game that would totally be full of batshit characters

Hmm, I guess this really says something about blood based weapons. I'd never really heard of any until I went to TV Tropes just now. There's plenty of examples there. Most involve making blades or being poisonous. I guess there really isn't a whole lot you can do to make a blood weapon based character.

Also, StrangeMan, we should really compare notes :P

Well now...this is a bit awkard.

For I too have made a character who uses blood as a weapon.

But of course, there are many differences between what you and keiang had in mind.

And of course there's this one anime/manga that has a character that uses her blood as a weapon...

Anyhoo, let's see if I can give you some ideas for this characters attakcs.

Blood Porcupine: The character cuts himself all over his body and turns the blood from his wounds into spikes, making a sort of spiked armor. This could also work work for an emergency manouver, in case the character has been heavily wounded in battle and uses this as a last resort move.

Blood trap: Leaves a large drop(s)/poudle(s) of his blood on the ground, which he can later turn into a spike (or whatever else you have in mind) when some one is above/stepping on it.

Blood Boomerang: The character cuts his fore arm and then swings it at his enemies, the spilt blood becomes a sharp boomerang that cuts anything in it's curved path.

Hmmm, that's all I can come up with for now.

PS: All of these are attacks that are not base on moi's character, mostly because my chary isn't a masochist.
What anime/manga?

Also fffffff, there's no originality on this earth anymore D:

The Ruby Spears cartoon was great. Screw the haters. I mean, it had its moments of absolute mind ripping retardation (Wily's cave man virus?) but for the most part, it was great
