Yeah, but that "I want to Believe" Egg-o-Matic just worked for my sentiments. Seems like the belief was rewarded. 8)

I have to watch it, sounds like it's good, and you only copy-pasted that from GAF or was that you? I seriously didn't notice XD I'd say that it would be a good idea, but it's hard for me to imagine that outside of the 2D games.

That's me, AzureJericho. XD

Late but it has to be asked:

OK, so I'm watching Night of The Werehog and I have to ask, does anyone else agree with me that after Sonic 3 & Knuckles, this should have been the mandatory way of telling a story in the Sonic games? Seriously, a visual story with plenty of actually funny (if a bit childish) quirks > most of the dialogue heavy everything since Sonic Adventure.

All I'm going to add to this is if talking has to continue, I hope it can have that same kind of light hearted cartoon approach as I've seen/heard in Unleashed so far. SEGA you're on to something, please please PLEASE keep going with it.

OK, DZ you mentioned in another thread that there was a 64bit Edition of XP Media Center Edition and I went searching for it and didn't find much. What I'm wondering is whether or not this is a Microsoft only retail item, or if I'm just not searching for it right.

Also, in your opinion, what are the benefits to having Vista Ultimate over XP Media Center Edition if any?

All I have to say about this discussion is that Canary Mary can go die in a fire. The rest is fine, but Canary Mary... don't get me started.

You know what's truly funny about Canary Mary? The first jiggy race, first cheat sheet race and the second jiggy race were all monstrously easy to me. The second cheat sheet race however... There aren't enough vivid descriptions of rage that I can come up with for it. XD

It's like Rare decided to send me one last "[tornado fang] You" as I was there thinking that 100 percenting the items would open up the gates of forever and I could see what was in the game beyond Stop 'n Swop references. XD

Also, Banjo Kazooie = Banjo-Tooie here. I love the hell out of both of them, although the dark horse BT could use more love.

Well, so far it's as I suspected it would be.  The reg. Sonic parts are [tornado fang]ing awesome.  The Werehog parts are boring.  It's not that they are bad, per se.  It's just that I don't want to ever play as the Werehog.  I wanna be Sonic running through the levels super fast.  But I only played a little bit before bed last night.  I'll see more later on.

This seems to be the universal summary of Sonic Unleashed 360 excluding some mention of how awesome everything is visually. Honestly, I'm happy at the very least that this game sounds like it's shattering the Sonic Cycle left, right, & center.

Also, Donkey Kong Country 2.

Street Fighter isn't a style I've ever done.
Uhm... mayhaps you'd like a sprite in the same style I did Borock's in?

On second thought, X4 - X6 me up. XD

The key to playing Ganondorf well is to play him like a tank. You have to get in the fray in order to see the setups and then just adjust to whatever move has the highest knock back. Sure you risk taking high amounts of damage, but the guy's so sturdy it takes a hell of a hit to KO him before a certain point.

And yes, the UpA Smash is brilliance. My favorite trick though is to stay at an edge of the stage, use his Down Smash then as the character is floating in the air trying to get back to land, I jump after them and spike. Still I'm sure you saw that and a lot more from tonight's matches. XD

Where can I see some Third Strike sprites for reference?

Well, I was taking about Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike, but I think the caliber of those sprites might be a bit of a burden to achieve. Overall I guess I'm just asking to be pleasantly surprised with a cartoonish sprite.

-post-

I agree with and feel the same about all of this, so now I have to ask out of 10, what do you give the game so far? Also what do you think the potential for an even better Sonic title following this blueprint? At this point, i feel like the game is a 8 with a high chance of bringing something incredible to the table next go-around if SEGA trims the extra gameplay segments or blends them together better.

MOTHER [tornado fang]ing WARLOCK PUNCH!

Felt like that was all that you did when you played him. I know it wasn't, but it was definitely your major killing move. X(

Honestly, it really dos make up a good 3 out of 5 KOs for me, but that's just because the setups always present themselves and I have to take a chance. Any other KO move I use as Ganondorf most often involves an aerial. XD
