« on: December 15, 2008, 06:39:23 AM »Basically it's really just cooking meatballs, sweet Italian sausage, and Spear Rib, then letting them all simmer in a mixture of Tomato Sauce, Paste, and Puree for about 4-5 hours. Leftovers are actually better cause the flavors have more time to mix!
Sweet Jesus, this sounds fantastic.
