My favorite dessert is either Apple Pie, Chocolate Cake, or a Cinnabon. No it isn't a "cinnamon roll from Cinnabon", it's a Cinnabon. Get it right. XD

We can only hope then. ;O;

since Hyung-Tae Kim does wonderful women, it's also Korean breasts~, wonderful legs too~

Needs more picture references. Stat. PM if possible since Google search isn't giving me [parasitic bomb]. XD

Actually, looking at some of the loose material I see on the net, this guy is really good. :0

Any saved art collections you have from him would be greatly appreciated.

was still 32 bit. they've never done something like MM&B forte with the 16 bit X games.

This is very silly reasoning, especially since
Contra on the NES
of all things had multi-angular firing.

Bits don't mean much in terms of straight gameplay.

The alien ship of StarTropics. 8D

Oh [tornado fang]ing [tornado fang]. XD

Do you know how long it took me as a kid to figure out that you weren't supposed to smack the tank outta existence but rather jump on the switch after knocking it back a fair bit in the second dungeon? XD

Man, they don't make games like that anymore.

Oh! Hydrocity Zone in Sonic 3, although in my honest opinion, all of Sonic 3 & Knuckles is awesome. Then, Pipe World level 4 in SMB3. XD

3084
Wanting an RPG myself, I'll agree to that. XD

Also Jet Set Radio 3.

Not so much Borockman. XD

Also, Maridia in Super Metroid. There's something really well done withe design of the level and the accompanying music that makes it all so much fun.

Then there's the main dungeon for Chapter 5 & 6 in StarTropics. Dear God, it was like life or death platforming at every second. I'll also never forget this one time I jumped into a trap room, fell on a sinking block and drowned instantly. XD

StarFox 64 - Katina. Oh man, seeing the stuff that went on during that level blew my 8 year old mind. XD

And the musical flourish that started the level... It was like in the back of my head, a "permission to kickass" vibe started up. XD

3087
Also, Aldo, please can you hook me up with the link that mentioned that Miyamoto wanted to make Galaxy 2 play like SMB2USA? I'm late, but that's one hell of a juicy tidbit in my opinion. Needs more sauce though. XD

You're right, Bowser In The Sky was the name of that level.

Just a simple topic really. What are some of your favorite self contained parts of games that make you giddy in the nerd part of yourself to play/replay?

I have a few, but since I'm typing this offa my Wii right now, I want to keep it simple.

The Center of The Universe & Melty Molten Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy are distilled essence of amazing for me.

Metroid Prime 2 - DO NOT LEAVE THE GYRO ROOM BEFORE DESTROYING ALL OF THE SONIC LOCKS & SAVE. I found out the hard way on my first playthrough that this is game breaking and kills your progress in the game.

3094
Time to talk action games. E3 will be complete fail if I don't get my damn well deserved Bayonetta footage. XD

Seriously, frikkin guns on her heels. If that isn't an amazing step forward for action games, I really don't know what could be.

And Ben, you sig makes the wait soooo much harder. XD

Yeah, the "Tan" style is what I meant. Also, looking back in this thread, I can see that you were having it rough with the reception of your earlier designs. XD

It's nice to see that you adapted your designs well in the end though. Also, as a bit of a friendly bro-tip, keep in mind that no matter what ya do, it's just as Acid said, someone will get ruffled by it. It's a sad truth. XD

What you have to do is make sure you know where your idea is headed and always be ready for criticisms, no matter how bad they get. 8)

I've gotta say, that is all some very impressive work there Baragon. I especially liked the way you designed the female masters. Instead of going for the cute moe look or sexy look, you actually took an extra step to make them distinct. Bravo. 8)

Epic necro thar. >.>

I'll leave the fate of this thread up to the bigger mods, but for now, lock'd.

Actually, let me make myself clearer, you did no harm since you were on topic Gaia, I just don't think this thread will serve much use now.

3098
Only reason I brought up WayForward was because of that one time they called out Nintendo and said "let us try a Metroid" in one of their AB&HB podcast spotlights.

Either way, totally agreed.
