The truth is that Sub Tank IS an elementary kid. What are you going to do about that? Turn him into a man? Oh, wait...

This is the set up to so many h-mangas all at once, it's ridiculous. XD

Sorry that I actually analyze literature or graphic novels instead of going "Fight! Fight! Fight!", "Sasuke iz gay/awesomez!" "Lol!". The people made it to tell a story and I'm discussing it. Don't like it? Go back to Jeresy. Same to Acid.

Oops... I don't live in NYC anymore and I used that expression. Oh well. Don't get me wrong, I respect you all, as far as I wish people to respect me, but take that garbage to someone who'll eat it. You are both nerds like me and Zan. Sooooo....

Not to be an ass, but I don't think it's a good idea to go on the offensive because someone doesn't enjoy the manga the same way that you do. I understand that you might want to analyze and comprehend how things go along in the story, but at the same time, be respectful of those who choose to read it a different way and get satisfaction out of that.

Also, where did you get the idea that borockman was serious with that comment? o-O

Well looks like it's time for me to drop the Tsar Bomba on the No More Heroes fans. It would seem as though the recent issue of Edge Magazine has confirmed that there will be two playable characters other than Travis in the game. The first is Shinobu and the second you ask?

Sir. Henry. [chameleon sting]er.

Get hype. But wait, there's more! It seems that Suda51 has some big dreams for Mr. Touchdown as he states in a recent interview that his next big goal is to get Travis Touchdown into the Smash Bros. universe. Good things might come from all of this. Let's all be hopeful. 8)

PPL do have different tastes. Maybe that's not his kind of game.

Come on now, you guys are killing me with this stuff. It's a joke! XD

Besides, Aldo knows that I do that often. I'll just wait to hear what he has to say about it all. :P

I hope you aren't playing it on easy. Or you're talking about the early missions. Otherwise:

Same here honestly. It's funny though, I never quite thought of him as a guy who would resort to tricks (as harmless as they are) in order to get his crew working at 110%. XD

I also notice that he shares a lot in common with Will Wright the more I hear about his forward thinking. The island idea is really intriguing.

Gaming / Iwata Asks: Wii Sports Resort (Hilarious Roundtable)
« on: July 08, 2009, 12:00:18 AM »
Well then, with Wii Sports Resort about to make it's huge splash in all territories, the Iwata Asks panel this time is going to be focused on the people in charge of making and programming the game as well as the hardware guys in charge of making the Wii MotionPlus add on. It's a great read in and of itself, however, the min reason I'm putting this up now is because of a few hilarious remarks about the history of the development as well as general Shiggy HAHA and Nintendo work ethics. XD

For example:

Quote from: Presentations of Wii Sports Resort to the Boss
Shimamura: What’s more, we had to give a presentation, a kind of progress report, once every few months…

Iwata: The dreaded progress report! (laughs)

Shimamura: “Dreaded” is exactly the right word! (laughs)

Yamashita: He (Miyamoto) makes each person stand for an hour.

Iwata: He makes you stand? (laughs)

All: (laughter)

Yamashita: In order to explain games currently in development in front of Miyamoto-san…

Iwata: He gets you to stand up to give these explanations.

Yamashita: Yes, he certainly does. (laughs) Each person has to go through about an hour with Miyamoto-san saying “That’s no good” and us saying “I see… I see…”

...

Shimamura: Anyway, as H-san was overseeing archery, he was incredibly good at it. Normally he would have no problem in hitting the bulls-eye time after time.

Yamashita: But during the progress report meeting, when he was demonstrating archery, he was shaking really badly.

Shimamura: If you looked at the screen, you could see that he wasn’t able to hold it steady at all. I’d never seen anyone shaking so bad before when playing the game so I said: “You’re shaking!” He replied: ”It’s nerves!” (laughs)

All: (laughter)

Yamashita: Then after having it pointed it out to him, the shaking got even worse.

Shimamura: The arrows were flying all over the place. I wonder if the Wii MotionPlus is the world's first device that's able to detect whether someone is nervous.

Iwata: (laughs) So did he get through that nerve-wracking presentation without Miyamoto-san giving him the thumbs down?

Shimamura: On that occasion…

Yamashita: As you might be able to guess, Miyamoto-san did indeed give him the thumbs down!

All: (laughter)

Yamashita: But following that, it improved greatly.

Or:

Quote from: President's Orders
Yamashita: Originally, there were 12 sports, each of which had several modes available.

Shimamura: We had thought that this was sufficient in terms of the game content on offer…

Yamashita: But then there was the suggestion to consider adding another mode.

Iwata: Who was it who made that suggestion?

Yamashita: Well, it’s not something that a member of the team would have said. Of course it was... (laughs)

All: (laughs)

Miyamoto: It was you who said it, Iwata-san: "Add another one!"

Iwata: What?

Miyamoto: I told everyone that the President had said there still wasn’t enough game content and asked them what we were going to do about it.

Iwata: Now I get it… (laughs)

Yamashita: Well, it was a direct order from the President, so we didn’t have any alternative.

Shimamura: You’ve got no choice but to do it.

All: (laughter)

Iwata: Irrespective of what I may or may not have actually said! (laughs) What new modes did you add?

Shimamura: We added skydiving.

You can read the rest here and discuss or (more than likely) have a good laugh at some of Miyamoto's sly ass ways. XD

Wait, it's confirmed to be DSi exclusive now, or you're saying there's a decent workaround for it all now thanks to the regions being in the game paks Sparks?

Pardon the slow brain facilities tonight, I'm half asleep right now. XD

It's hard coming up with a Classic Megaman stage, the only one I ever got close with was the Robot Master Museum from 7/Rockman & Forte, just because it varies wildly and has RM cameos.

Awakening Road/Intro Stage for Megaman X would have been kick ass as well, but that deals more with X side of things. (Unless Megs gets two stages, in which case, yes plz.)

Then, I wanted to make a Sanctuary Fortress Aerie level for the Metroid series where players would fight in the ascending elevator. Players could only KO by knocking someone upward (since most of the shaft is solid) until they reached the top. When they reach the top, there could be a Dark Samus stage hazard where she'll attack from the background with her Scatter Shot or just Shinespark through. The level could also fluctuate between Light and Dark Worlds for an additional stage hazard, and have a Quadraxis cameo in the background.
