Game Maker is, to some, still one of the tougher game creation programs to get into, but it can make some interesting stuff if you know what you're doing. For me, boredom and a piqued interest made me make a 2D Einhander engine example, complete with three enemies and two weapon types to pick up.
Also, i'm still wondering about that music, JKB - did you actually make original tunes for your game?

I really need to find these games again - my only experiences with the Legends series has been from renting Mega Man 64, and watching my brother play the second Legends game when he rented it once. Back then, I sucked at games, though. Really should try to find a way to play 'em again...

A particularly nasty member of Rockman PM gains access to the Ban Note, the mystical notebook that allows the Moderators (replacement for Shinigami; I lol at the thought of Moderator Eyes) to permanently ban people forever. All that's needed is a Username and an IP address.
While the person with the Ban Note runs amok, RPM is in chaos from it's misuse and the remaining users band together to discover and ban the Ban Note user. In charge is a specific member who's legendary status renders them leader of the investigation. In the end, it's pretty much Death Note but with the usual, or maybe unusual, hilarious RPM twist(s).
