Good grief! I have to spend more money now! Well better than paying for an Alienware Computer. >_>

This is what I jotted down so far:

*Computer Case: RAIDMAX Tornado ATX-238WR Black / Red SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case ~ $39.99 (+$14.99 for S&H)

*Power Supply: COOLMAX V-600 600W ATX12V Power Supply  ~ $44.99 (+ $1.99 for S&H)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817325002&cm_re=600W_Power_Supply-_-17-325-002-_-Product

*Motherboard: ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard   ~ $104.99 (+$7.56 for S&H)

*Processor (CPU): AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Thuban 2.8GHz 6 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor HDT55TFBGRBOX ~ $199.99 (Original Price: $209.99)

*RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-4GBRM  ~ $99.99

*Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive  ~ $69.99

*DVD-ROM: LITE-ON Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM DVD-ROM Drive Model IHDP11808 ~ $21.99 (+$7.56 S&H)

*Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE 100283L Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card ~ $154.99

*Monitor: SCEPTRE X246W-1080p Black 23.6" 2 ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 DCR(40000:1) 1000:1  ~ $194.99

Still have to look at a few things, but I wanted to get a cheap simple Gaming PC until I have enough money later on to upgrade! For goodness sake.

Also this "ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard" comes with Video/Graphic built-in, but will it be an issue when I have the "SAPPHIRE 100283L Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card"?

I think I'll go with the Logitech LX8 Laser Mouse, if that's cheaper, and maybe I'll get that Keyboard.

Oh, I see, but I like to get a Mobo that's close to 3GHz as possible. I guess I'll look for a different, cheaper, Computer Case then. How do I tell if the Mobo will fit or not into a Case?

The RAM is DDR2... is it important to get DDR3? Right now I like to get a cheap Gaming PC before upgrading to better parts in the future. My current Dell Dimension 5100 Desktop Computer is a 2004 model, which is old and sluggish (especially when booting up).

Total Price: $910.46

Are these compatible with each other? Also what's wrong with the Motherboard and Case I picked? I'm looking for components to build a Gaming PC here. What does "mobo" mean? I've read it a few times but I'm not sure on the meaning of it.

Posted on: July 30, 2010, 04:51:15 AM
Also what kind of DVD-RW Drive should I get? I just need one to burn CD's to make some mix CD's and to copy videos to another CD (my mom does this to share with her friends).

Gaming / Re: Graffiti Kingdom (PS2)
« on: July 30, 2010, 04:30:26 AM »
I own Graffiti Kingdom, and its prequel Magic Pengel: The Quest for Colors, and I love it! It's so cool making your own characters in 3D though limited on how much colors you can use and the learning curve when making decent-looking characters.

I have yet to make a truly awesome character that looks close to its original, I tried making Yoshi in Magic Pengel and it was close but not close enough.

Overall I loved Magic Pengel's story and the Rock-Paper-Scissor Turn-Based RPG combat system, but it lack in some areas when creating but Graffiti Kingdom (called "Magic Pengel 2" in Japan) steps that up with more options & a much easier handle on making a character and the combat systems turns into an Action RPG though I didn't like the story as much.

Both games are great in my opinion, and it does take a well but it is easy to make basic and simple characters and as you practice and learn more about how to draw characters you can draw very advanced characters (though it may take longer when trying to make Gundam characters! I've seen videos of them and some Digimon characters too!). Trail and error my friend.

I hate spending so much on a single monitor for good image qualities! Is there a much cheaper one? I like to spend much less, but still get great performance.

In the future I'll think about upgrading my components.

Hey there! Seeing as how much the computer world keeps on growing I've noticed how sluggish and out-of-date my old computer is, so that's why I' going to get a new computer but this time I'm building one! Problem is that I don't know where to start, so I did a little research on finding good components to best a great Gaming Desktop as I like to play online games and have great performance overall for my computer needs. I like to get your opinions, advice, and recommendations on what I should get.

So this what I got so far:

*Sound Card: Asus Sonar HDAV ~ $???
Look for a Motherboard with it built-in
^Unsure to get

*Modem: DSL (Already have a modem) ~ $0

*Monitor: ASUS VW193DR Black 19" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 50000 :1 (ASCR)  ~ $119.99 (+8.99 for S&H)

*Keyboard & Mouse: Logitech Keyboard & LX8 Laser Mouse ~ $???

As you can see I still need a little help in some areas, like getting the right Power Supply for my computer. Also I make $130+ a week from my part-time job, but I have to put in $50 into the car for gas as I commute between home and college and I need to add in some money into my Savings Account so I plan to add in $30 a week so that leaves the rest $50+ to go into my Checking Account for spending. So it's going to take a few months until I get my desired Desktop Gaming Computer.

EDIT: OK, I've updated my list as I've searched around some more to find cheaper parts to use to build my own computer. I'm still need help in some areas. What do you guys recommended for a Monitor, Motherboard, Power Supply, and Ethernet Card & Sound Card? Hopefully I can get a Motherboard with both Ethernet and Sound Cards built-in already.

What do you guys suggest?

EDIT EDIT: Updated again.

Build 1 Current Price: $764.87
Build 2 Current Price: $890.85 (this is the one with Athenatech A605BR.450 Black / Red Steel ATX selected)

Just got to figure out the Sound and Ethernet Cards and I'm done! I wished it wasn't so much to get the parts from Neweggs.com!

Great... some mangas I read online, like Princess Resurrection, Hakori Devil Princess, and seeing the latest chapters of Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach a week I'll never get to read again.

I do buy the manga that does come out in the US, though I'm waiting on Volume 8 of Princess Resurrection which Del Ray hasn't released yet since Volume 7 in November, and I have the complete Part 1 of Naruto and some volumes of Bleach. I'm a little tight with money right now, but I'm getting my paycheck today.

This is a lot of bull, if they're doing this they should at least just remove the manga that has official been bought over overseas and leave the ones that haven't alone. I rather not torrent then, but at least the companies should release more manga over here!

I don't mind buying my manga as long as it's released over here and have a PROPER schedule when the next volume gets released. Waiting for one of my favorite manga for months now without a schedule telling it when it's coming or having a manga series canceled when it's right at the end. Like Kingdom Hearts 2 manga (only Volume 1 and 2 were released), which is no longer printing I believe, and Zatch Bell! manga (this one has only 7 volumes left to translate and Viz stopped!).

The companies need help with their business in the manga market.

I sometimes wonder whatever happen to America, the land of the free...
This makes me cry. :'(

So apparently, the servant's identities are...

(click to show/hide)

...yeah.

I'm astonished by some of them, mostly Saber and Rider's true identify. I was expecting it to be Mordred, oh well and Rider was totally unexpected.

I hoping I'll get my copy tomorrow and I'm wondering how much the story changes depending on the Servant you've selected.

Someone mention that if you break all of the locks, you get a scene where Caster is changing into her next outfit and she spots you and blasts you with one of her spells.

Here is it, from GameFAQs:

"You must click fast but not too fast or the lock regains life. If you break the last one, you peek on her whilst she's getting changed (you don't see anything) and she casts a spell to make you explode. I might pick Caster as my servant now because she seems quite a fun character to have around ^_^"

Yup... she does make you explode with a spell.

Also in the latest Famitsu, or whatever the name is of that super popular JP gaming magzine is, I believe it implied that there will be dating sim elements as well, but not like the visual novel one. Though I can't remember, but seeing as you get to pick who's Shiro's love interest is in the game and how it effects the ending in the visual novels I don't see it being far-fetched.

Huh? I mean, sure, it's hard to sprite the hair but I'm still going to do and fix it up as many times as I have to. I did complain but I'm not going to do nothing about it! Though that Chris-tan sprite sounds very intriguing, can you please make me it Gaia?

Like I said, Chris' hair is bloody hard to sprite! If I make it smaller it looks weird, so I'm going with this until I can resolve this. I've also updated it after posting this, but I'm going to bed now. Night!

What about this one? I made a Chibi Sprite based off of my drawing of Chibi TLH Chris. I think it looks good, but I think this type of sprite is good for some Side-View Battle System in my opinion. Also I've updating my other Chibi sprite of earlier too, so I hope it looks better!

And I added in some different eye expressions for this time of art style of mine.

I've been working on re-making the old Chibi Chris Sprite to a new, better, version of itself and to update it to Chris' current look for my RPG project. I'll tell you one thing, Chris' Hair is so hard to sprite! It took me several tries to get it to look good in my eyes.

I've also changed some of the colors around to try to make my sprites look less... pillow-ly like. If you've seen my old Chibi Sprite here:

You can see the difference. What do you think?

From some the blogs/news on the website, even the newest trailer (don't know which one), stated that the 5th Holy Grail War (Heaven's Feel) started with 999 Masters and Servants, yes you read it right it's not a typo either from the website, and now it is down to 128 Masters and Servants by the time the player joins the battle.

Kotomine mentions it here, about there being 128 Masters and Servants left in the current battle including the player.

This shows a list of all the servants you've encountered so far in the game which further proves, if you want to take it as fact, that you'll be fighting some Servants of the same class as yous or others.

The loli goth girl in black is a Caster Servant and it seems that the white loli goth girl can summon another servant, or just a powerful monster, in red that could be a Berserker Servant

I don't really think they'll include all 128 Masters and Servants but that's a lot of guys fighting for the Holy Grail! Wonder what's really going on here? Also it seems that entering the SE.RA.PH erasing some of your player's memories.

I love him! 8)

He's my favorite character from the series, right alongside with Zero! I wish they make another Megaman game that explains what happen to Axl before the Elf Wars and why he's never mentioned by X or Zero in the Zero series (then again, they were both busying stopping Copy X/Eplizo/Omega/Dr. Weil at the time so no time to talk about the old days).

Though some of his dialogue in Command Mission, especially the bit about Zero at that Factory, seems out-of-place sometimes.

I look forward to Axl's next appearance!

Chibi TLH Chris:

It's been a while since my last drawing, right?

Well today I had the urge to draw a chibi of one of my original characters after seeing this cute chibi drawing style of the Fate/stay night characters in a YouTube video.

Well here it is! This is a Chibi form of my main character, Chris Aero, from my RPG project "The Legendary Heroes: A Journey Reborn". I did this all in pen, starting with the head, then hair, then torso, and finally the legs so I couldn't erase any mistakes even though so parts look off.

I've update his wardrobe a bit, giving the jacket a hood now but still keeping that black color, and I love how his Trident Hairstyle came out!

I really like how he came out! He's so cute and adorable that you want to hug him for a bit! ^_^

Tell me what you think, OK?
