Quick boss battle of a placeholder boss, perhaps..Either I'll use a combination of new/old moves on old bosses or new sprites.

What's MMf2? I got to look that up... and awesome video by the way! That boss fight was interesting!

I've already pre-order the game for the Xbox 360 so I'm all set to pick up the game when it comes out on release date if there's going to be a Midnight release. I think I'm going to try out the Character Creation Mode first then Story Mode! I can't wait to see what I can make!

I wonder if the CaC will have a Story Mode again or a better one at that.

I wonder if there's going to be more new characters to the game, hoping a true dual-wielding sword user (I don't consider Cervantes as a true twin sword user).
What are you guys going to do first when you get the game?

Damn... we have to wait a week until the Trailer is unveiled. I was SO excite to see it right now to see all the action happening! This is one of the reasons I bought a 3DS for!

This is looking awesome and it looks like you're almost done with it too! Well from my point of view though.

Will you at least have opening dialogue with the bosses like the later X series game seeing as this takes place after X5-6(?), just to see more about their personality. If you can I mean.

I can't wait to play it when it comes out! 8)

I don't know what the problem is with Archer, I think he looks alright though I was expecting something a little more badass.

And what, no love for Caster's new outfit?

Goth-like MC outfit for the win! I was expecting a Bride outfit for her actually but I think I prefer this look more. Shows the cuteness, sexyness, and hotness of Caster rolled into one! ^_^

Also the new looks for the MC in Fate/Extra CCC

Granted they look great in Black instead of Brown, but I kinda hoping for the Male MC to have an open jacket at least to be a bit more stylish though I like the Female MC's look but miss the thigh stocking she wore.

Aw man, there are times when I want to post screenshots or videos of the games I'm playing like Fate/Extra! I've already beaten the game twice with both Male MC/Caster and Male MC/Saber both Rin Routes, and now I'm on my third run with Female MC/Archer and then a Rani Route!

This game is so addicting, and I also like this Saber very much too but Caster is the only one for me! ^_^
And the guys over at GameFAQs finally figured out how to get Caster's Matrix level to E finally!

And this game has quite the humorous lines I've ever seen in a video game before, despite the few errors now and then in the dialogue.

So far it looks like Fate/Extra is doing good in the US and if it does really well Aksys MIGHT localized the sequel, Fate/Extra CCC, as well! I cannot wait!

No loss for me, but I didn't get the figma when I pre-order the game as I was lacking some funds for the limited edition version.

But I'm excited when it comes out! ^_^

http://www.siliconera.com/2011/10/28/fateextra-coming-next-tuesday-which-servant-will-you-select/

Fate/EXTRA comes out next week and I'm excited! Also the booklet, Fate/the fact, is also being released with the game but sadly in the US you have pre-order the game ONLINE to obtain the booklet as you cannot pick the booklet up at retail GameStop stores (only in Canada are they doing that). So if you want the booklet you have to get it online on GameStop.com, that's the only way to get it.

It contains an interview with the character Rin Tosaka from the game and other various fact about the game's world.

And about the Fate/EXTRA CCC, both the Protagonist and all three Servants (each with their own alternate costume) will return in the spin-off sequel (however it's classified as more of a Sakura Route to the Rin and Rani route of the first game, kinda like in the VN with the Saber, Rin, and Sakura route) which focuses on the character Sakura and a mysterious look-alike called the "Black Magus" along with a new Tailed Servant girl, who's personality is stated to be very similar to Luvia Edelfelt, as her picture is posted above in Archer's post.

Fate/EXTRA CCC comes out in Spring 2012 in Japan for the PSP.

^I see, well I'll look around on the official site.

Chris Yuushi 091511:

Hey there! Here's another drawing of Chris, except this version is the old Trident-Hairstyle version for the "The Legendary
Heroes" RPG series, "VirusChris/Virakins" manga series, and "Virakin Advent" Action Platformer series and I completed this
drawing on Sept. 15, 2011 as the title states.

I finally manage to update the Trident-Hairstyle again by looking at various different hairstyle and applying a little bit of
Akira Toriyama's style in the mix to get this!

His hair looks more natural now doesn't it compare to his old drawings of it. The hair is no longer bigger or taller than his
head as before and it suits him well. This is definitely his best look yet, and I hope the hoodie jacket he's wearing is in good
detail as well. Though I wonder if the front bangs covering his forehead could be improved on, but what do you think?

And on an unrelated note I drew an eye combining Toriyama's style and my art style I'm using.

Seriously? No one has no comment on the new hairstyle of Chris? Anyway...

DBZ - Original Character WIP:

Hey there guys! Here's a digitally drawing of my original DBZ character, based off of my character Chris, and his a Half-Saiyan Half-Human.

I've been inspire to draw my own original Saiyan after seeing the Create-a-Character mode in the new DBZ game, Dragon Ball : Ultimate Tenkaichi, and so this is what I want my character to look like in Hero Mode. He's about 16 -17 years old and somehow gets suck into the DBZ world, but in a parallel universe (as Ultimate Tenkaichi has it set for the story I'm just adding in some more details) and is capable of going into Super Saiyan 1, 2 and 4 (in Ultimate Tenkaichi it's only confirm for SSJ1).

Currently he's incomplete as I haven't finish drawing in his other hand and the rest of his outfit with his legs and boots. But I'll definitely try to finish it before the game comes out on Tuesday this week (October 25, 2011). He has blue eyes, black hair, black fingerless gloves, a Gi with the top part red and the bottom part blue, black boots with white ropes (that's the lace of the boots, right?), and a black t-shirt underneath the Gi.

I made this drawing using Paint Tool SAI and with my Tablet as it's my first real attempt to digitally drawing a full body drawing of my characters. Hopefully it looks good so far!

Neku from "The World Ends With You" appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D in Traverse Town, asking Sora he needs a partner for the 'Reaper's Game'.

Quote from the article:
Quote
The TGS demo has two parts. In Sora’s episode, you start in Traverse town. Sora calls for Riku, but finds Neku instead
who is hanging from a roof. He jumps down and shows Sora the number on his hand and mentions he needs a partner to play
the Reapers’ game with.

I love TWEWY, but this is an interesting and nice surprise! I wonder if any other character, non-Disney, non-Final Fantasy, and non-Original characters will appear?

Go find your tablet box. Or flip the thing over and read what model it is from the bottom. Though, I bet the drivers for all bamboo tablets are the same. Don't take my word for it though, take the effort to flip your tablet over to be sure.

Windows 7 comes with some basic Tablet drivers so you probably can just plug and play but you really should get the Wacom ones.

Model is: MTE-450A

And I'm using Vista... I dislike what Windows 7 did to Paint as I like the Vista version of MS Paint, and I don't even have the money or disk to install Windows 7 on my computer anyway.

That's tablet PC settings. The actual Wacom tablet settings should still be in your program files. Go to Start -> Programs -> Tablet Settings. You've installed the latest Wacom Bamboo tablet driver from Wacom, right?

Oh but you might want to disable right click and flicks. In Pen and Input devices, Flicks, untick 'Use flicks etc etc'. Then go to the 'Pen Options', Press and Hold, Settings, Until 'Enable press and hold etc...'

You seem pretty good at copying, I don't think you'll have much trouble~

For some reason my normal "Tablet Settings" are gone but I can still use my Tablet. I did went to the official Wacom website to update drivers but I wasn't really sure what type of Bamboo Wacom Tablet I have since it's sort of old, maybe two to three years old. Unless there's only one type of Bamboo Tablet, I'm at a lose here.

And thank you for the flicks and right click! It was driving me crazy how holding down my pen on the tablet causing it to copy or mess up my drawing line when doodling in Paint or any other Photo Editing software.

o/ You can adjust the 'firmness' of the tablet sensitivity in the tablet settings. For beginners, making it more firm and using a smaller brush can help them, but I like mine rather light.

PS: You got the Toriyama style down pretty well and the hair/character design fits. Oh and the runes are pretty cute.

Well problem is I updated the drivers on it and so lost that 'simple' Tablet Settings and I cannot change or find the firm to softness settings for the tablet sensitivity for peeves me off since I thought I would get the same type of settings I saw before on YouTube or website with the same simple settings but with more tabs. I get something entire differently and I can't seem to revert back to what I originally had!

So now I'm at a lose, if you want I'll show you what the 'new' tablet settings look like now.

EDIT: Here it is... and I believe this is the new 'firm and softness' settings for it.

Looks a little over-complicated, don't you think?

And thank you for the comment on the DBZ-style drawing! Going to be a while before I can make a full body drawing in the style and colored in!

Chris Corona - DBZ Style:

With all the news on the new Dragon Ball Z game, Ultimate Tenkaichi, I can't help being in a DBZ mood and the Character Creation
mode for UT has got my creative juices flowing!

This is my original character Chris Corona, for my own original manga series, who I decided to draw in the drawing style of Dragon Ball
Z or normally the "Akira Toriyama" art style. And I got to update Chris' hair a bit!

His hair isn't as crazy as the rest of the DBZ cast, but it's what I like and it fits him. This is actually my first time using the DBZ style
of drawing to draw my character so I'm a little unused to this style a bit, but I think he came out great!
Honestly I prefer a much smaller and leaner build than the bulky muscles, however I can't seem to find any tutorial on drawing a leaner
build for a DBZ character like Teen Gohan which is the kind of muscle build I want for my dude.

Below him is his Gi outfit I design which is a Red vest with a black t-shirt underneath and a black sash, and the rest of the outfit which
the pants (like Goku's) is dark blue and black boots with white lines. He also ways a pair of fingerless black gloves or black wristbands.

Plus this is what to create in the DBZ: UT Character Creation mode and my Saiyan hero for Hero Mode, complete with his own Saiyan tail!
And I did some DBZ eyes on the side to see if I can get the style down and find the right pair of eyes for his jolly friendly self.

What do you guys think? I see a few errors with the body build, a little too big and the proportions are off, and it could use some improvements,
but I like to hear your feedback on the drawing!

Vira-vo Language (Language of the Virakin):

This is the language of the Virakin for their writing system called "Vira-vo", and I use it in my RPG project series "The Legendary Heroes" and my
manga project "VirusChris/Virakins". I made this a few years back, but I never got around to uploading it as you can see from the crumbling and
old paper it is now in the scan. I might go around updating it.

I would do it in the manner of, the 'points' you acquire to upgrade stuff, gets acquired for all characters. You use them per character differently. You may need to reconsider how much payout each point giving event gives though.

Like an RPG where all characters receive the same amount of EXP regardless if they're currently active in the party or not.

In my opinion, I don't like having X and Zero 'share' the same EXP or SP to upgrade their abilities. I think X and Zero had level up on their own and have those points to themselves to upgrade their abilities because you're using them and gaining experience with them when defeating the enemies so it makes sense that character gains the EXP, not both and it allows more freedom and choice for the players.

They're not in a 'party' per say and plus it's also the player's decision if they want to use the character more so than the other (though I'll be playing both X and Zero in this game) and I like to have max characters for the ultimate level of fun after clearing the game or wanted to test them out. Plus if the SP is shared and I want to use a maxed out X (or max out what I can with the maxed amount of SP) I have to downgrade Zero's abilities so I can upgrade X's which is quite annoying in my book if I swap out a character with low health right before the boss and my other character is at full health but weaker abilities instead of having him already powered up and switching out so I don't have to worry too much... though it does make it challenging for some players, but for others they like to be ready with a fully-equipped character.

It's sort of limited with the freedom of which character you like to play as the most, as in X4 you can choose which character you want to be and gain upgrades for that character only (though you cannot change characters after this). I don't mind sharing the Heart Tanks as I like to even distribute them between my characters. I also enjoyed X8's character customization with the upgrade parts with the Metals and I like to alternate between the three characters with ALL the abilities maxed out for fun, even if I use Axl more than X or Zero I like to go back to the old X and Zero team for ultimate carnage with their maxed skills.

But if you're going to have X and Zero share their SP then go ahead, I'll just max out one of the characters I'm going to use the most that way and do a New Game (or New Game Plus if there's one) with the other character.

Good luck with your project JKB!

Two Sakuras? Interesting, is the sequel about the NPC Sakura and her mysterious look-alike?
I'm curious about how the story goes, it seems to deviate before the Final Boss battle of the game I think or after you beat the Final Boss and the system crashes sending back here.

Hope Archer and Caster makes an appearance and I wonder what their new costumes will be if they have one.

And I shame no one else around here likes this game as well.

Tamamo-no-Mae Caster is coming back possibly? Hell yeah, I love her! owo
Maybe she'll have a "Wedding" dress too? She always wanted to be a wife!

Well this is a sequel to Fate/Extra with the same Protagonist but set in an alternate ending because of a 'failed' Holy Grail War. Makes sense if Saber Extra comes back, so does Caster and Archer as well.

Hopefully I'll get to see this time!

EDIT: Yeah, scratch that. Apparently my boss just called to see if I can come at 5pm instead of 6pm for work, and I need to earn the extra bucks to pay off for College so that takes first priority so someone is going to record it and upload it for people to download what they missed right? I use Photoshop for my stuff, haven't tried Paint Tool SAI. Basically, I treat my digital stuff the same as my traditional; the basic body structure is done on one layer in light blue, then the finalized linework on another layer in black, then the color layers between the linework and sketch layers.

I understand that part I've done that before, but I meant the smoothness of the drawn lines that appear like light strokes like you would do to make a sketch with light lines so you can erase the details later or the guidelines before you finish your work. That's the part I see other people doing in their tutorials and I'm not sure how they do it or maybe it's the video quality.

Like this one:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFseEicvbqo

At the beginning where the person draws Soft and Hard for the Pencil types in SAI.

So I'm updating my Tablet's Driver to see if it will improve my stroke pressures... since I haven't updated my Tablet ever since I got it. :P

My brother has a Wacom Bamboo, it's quite nice. I've used it off and on (I have a Graphire), I like the pressure sensitivity and the smoothness of the active drawing surface. You should play around with your tablet some more; once you get the hang of it, you're gonna love it.

Well I'm looking for setups for the Wacom Bamboo to get a good feeling to it, it's still a little uncomfortable to use but I'm starting to get better with it. Still haven't figure out that "feeling" or smoothness to get a good sketch look going as I'm going to draw my character "Chris Corona" from scratch starting with the head and from there the whole body and I'm going to digitally color him in using Paint Tool SAI which is what I'm using to draw him right now.

Setting it second-to-last on the Firm Tip Pressure as I only have two tabs, Pen and Tablet. I got it a few years back for Christmas.

Still haven't familiarize myself with the program, but looking at online tutorial should help! ^_^
Any other suggestions?

What type of tablet do you have? Have you messed with the preferences and set its pressure sensitivity, yet? When I first got my tablet, I spent a while setting it up until it felt like my pens and pencils.

A Wacom Bamboo Tablet, I did miss with the preferences and pressure sensitivity before when I got it but I haven't used it in MONTHS! So I kinda forgot how to set it again... :P

Well time to experiment again.
