Dr. Wily II's Skull Tower Fortress: DWII's true base of operations for his schemes in the borockman game series. After defeating the 8 Robot Masters, borockman finds himself teleported right in front of this towering fortress. And it looks like there is only one way to get to DWII: Up.

By the way, is Smugleaf the actual name? I never did check.

It's as Talyn puts it.

We haven't gotten an official US name for him yet; that's just what we call him since he's obviously the Grass starter (hence -leaf) and he has that smug smile!

Though you can also call him Excalibur.
