The eighth Robot Master I have recreated, is from Dr. Wily II. Despite him failing so many times, I have to admit he has some interesting ideas for Robot Masters. Also, his... I think he's called... Lab Experiment Verifier, was kind enough to display the blueprints for this Robot Master, to which I stole, like the evil gentleman that I am.
His name is Medic Man, my MPN-008 (Mr. P. Number). According to the blueprints, he works at the... World Domination Station as the medical officer. WDS? Sounds corny. He has the Medical Stinger, that fires off syringes that paralyze on contact.

His name is Swiffer Man, my MPN-007 (Mr. P. Number). He hates dirt and anything dirty, and wipes things clean with his trusty attack, Swiffer Sweep. Not only does it clean, it cleans to a sparkle, and CAPS dialogue is included.
