Dust Man? Bah! He sucks AND blows! No matter, my No.7 Rapid Man will knock you all out senseless!
Rapid Man's special weapon, Rapid Pellet, allows him to fire out a rapid volley of punches, to knock anyone off their feet. He might not like missing his punches, but it's all for world domination!
If you somehow managed to defeat Rapid Man, which is HIGHLY unlikely, you get his Rapid Pellet.
Yes, it might not look like it, but you get to fire off a rapid volley of 3 punches. It's short-ranged, but you can hold down the attack button to fire endless, at the cost of rapid energy depletion.
