Name: Planet Man
Designation: Robot Master (DW2N-060)
Weapon Get: Planet Elements
Other weapons: Charging Tackle
Background: Earth... Fire... Wind... Water... Hea- Wait, no Heart! Ahem... Planet Man is another experimental Robot Master, one that harasses the powers of the elements themselves... And no, there's no rings.
Planet Man's main weapon, Planet Elements, allows him to summon the very elements themselves:
Earth lets him hurl boulders (bottom left), Fire fires a flamethrower (top right), Wind fires off mini tornadoes (bottom right), while Water fires a water jet (top left). His other weapon is a high-speed tackle (Charging Tackle) when he's not using his Planet Elements.
Character: High and mighty.
Weakness: Hmm... Powers from the planet itself... What if pollution... Nuclear Sludge... (Do note... Wind CAN blow the mini puddles away...)
You get this weapon from defeating Planet Man. Megaman gets to fire a combo elemental attack. The default mode is where Megaman fires off a flaming boulder, great for breaking armour. If up is held, Megaman fires off a water tornado, great for airborne enemies.

Weapon Get: Nuclear Sludge
Other weapons: Nuclear Smog, Nuclear Burn
Background: ... Makes you wonder why I created him ehhh...
Nuclear Man is an experimental Robot Master, harassing the power of nuclear energy. However, some miscalculations laid to the nuclear reactor to almost meltdown levels, hence the only way was to install a complex coolant system, hence the additional control rods in his shoulders and special coolant fiuld tanks on his back. Also, to prevent accidental leakage, a special buster cover is created, that doubles as a reticale when the buster is in use. Besides his coolant system, Nuclear Man also has reinforced armour to further reduce external damage to his reactor.
Nuclear Man's main weapon, Nuclear Sludge, fires out a blob of nuclear waste. If it hits the floor, the resulting puddle will stay for the rest of the battle, creating reduced space for his enemies to move around. Nuclear Man can also create radioactive smog from his top to damage enemies (Nuclear Smog), as well as temporarily shut down his coolant system to unleash a powerful heat wave (Nuclear Burn).
Character: Calm and collected... However... Can be rash with power.
Weakness: It seems Nuclear Man is very dependant on his coolant system... Those tubes... Engine Slicer... (There's a secondary weakness... Remember how Nuclear Sludge creates nuclear waste puddles that stay throughout... They can be removed... With strong winds...)
You get this weapon from defeating Nuclear Man. Megaman (technically I should say borockman, but I'm lazy...) fires out a blob of nuclear waste, that can leave a trail of sludge puddles for surviving enemies to walk into, resulting in additional damage.

Background: With the limited success of Turbo Man and Nitro Man, DWII decided to combine the best from the 2 Robot Masters, and Engine Man is born. Despite the transformation ability of the 2, Engine Man can't transform, but makes up for that with speed.
Engine Man's main weapon, Engine Slicer, allows him to fire off high-speed spinning blades that bounce along the floor and walls, slicing anything in their path. Engine Man can also shoot off flamethrowers from his arm turbine cannons (Engine Burner), suck in enemies with his shoulder turbines (Engine Suction), or blow them away (Engine Blow).
Character: Proud of his speed, cocky at times.
Weakness: Those turbines... What if they get clogged... Dirt Storm...
