Mr. P was still engrossed over the designs when he heard a loud thud. And people screaming. He looked up and saw that Prof. Hypno wasn't seated opposite him. With a frog in his throat, Mr. P looked under the table, and saw Prof. Hypno laying on the ground, almost motionless except for the occasional spasm.

"Anyone know where the nearest Pokemon Center is!?"

In a panic, Mr. P managed to get directions from a waitress, and with help from some diners, he managed to load Prof. Hypno back into the car. With urgency, Mr. P stepped on the gas, and sped off in the direction of the Pokemon Center...

... Or at least that was what onlookers saw...

Name: Q

Designation: borockman Killer (bKN-001)

Weapons: Q Boomerang, Q Nunchaku

Background: Q... Was a citizen of RPM City. However, after a freak accident that saved an entire planet, Q was trapped in a state of limbo. A mysterious person saved her from living out her life, and in gratitude, decides to hunt down the one that lead to her "demise". She thus became the first of the borockman Killer Numbers.
Q's main weapons are her Q Boomerangs, large sharp boomerangs that are almost as tall as her. These Q Boomerangs can be thrown with great distance, and can even separate in half to become nunchaku, the Q nunchaku. These then become excellent melee/close-range weapons. Q can also swing the Q nunchaku to form a temporary spinning shield. If these weapons can't overwhelm her enemies, her speed will.

Character: Quick on her toes

Weakness: So fast...

Mr. P took the folded piece of paper, and looked at it intently. What he saw was beyond genius. This thingamajig... That thingamabob... Prof. Hypno really took a lot of effort into designing the exoskeleton. It was a marvel unlike any other...

Deciding it's best that Prof. Hypno finishes his food first after that little choking incident earlier, Mr. P continued to examine the designs, while snacking on some scones.
