Officer Jenny was stunned at Domino's appearance as well, however, she suddenly felt a bit light-headed. Wanting to stand up, she pushed her chair back, but stopped mid-way. There's this sense of serene filtering through the courtroom, and she felt... Happy.

Payne jumped at the sudden appearance of Domino. Turning to check on Giovanni, he saw that Giovanni was pissed. VERY pissed. That archival footage was the key.
Strike two.
Another heartburn began to bubble up, as another flock of hair separated from his ever-balding head. Dabbling his forehead, Payne spook up.
"Y-Your Honour!! We have rules and regulations when it comes to submitting evidence! W-We can't just accept any new evidence just because people asked to!"
Over at the witness stand, Dr. Wily II looked up, dazed. Hearing Mr. Fuji's name seemed to have stirred something within, and he managed to calm down a bit.

(The problem is that I'm not sure what a Gengar can actually do, I know it can fly and I know it can cause nightmares but I don't know what else a Gengar can do without being seen.)(Well, Gengar are known to hide inside people's shadows, to play pranks, and steal lifeforce, so...)

Dr. Wily II had since sat down into the witness stand, gasping for air.
As for Officer Jenny, she was smirking a bit as well, it seemed that what she did earlier in the day had helped the cause, although... There is a weird feeling coming from her leg. She shook her head, and decided to ignore it.

Officer Jenny was finally able to get her hands on the CDs that her sister and cousin were keeping as court evidence. She had been trying to watch them since the fiasco at her station, but her sister had always managed to keep them out of her reach. Now though, she was alone, and quickly loaded them up to watch.

Officer Jenny stared at the screen. She knew there was something up with Dr. Wily II when she first interrogated him, she just never expected the man to be so... Twisted. Although something else caught her eye as well. The reason Mewtwo went berserk. She knew the implications, and needed to act fast...

"And this was why I said seeing is believing! Court evidence has proven my cilent to be innocent of any accusation about him wanting to take over the world with a powerful Pokemon! All these lies are fabricated by this man! The true creator of the savage Mewtwo!!"

Dr. Wily II was clearly grasping his chest... But the tone of his voice had turned... Sour.

Background: Dog is another of the 12 ancient relics that was powered by a Qi Stone, the sixth to be encountered. As one can see, he has bones to pick with his enemies. *rimshot*
Dog primarily howls at his enemies, called the Dog Howler, causing them to be blasted back. Even if they can brace the force of Dog Howler, attacks initially aimed at Dog will get blasted back towards the enemy. Dog can also use his bone club arm to smash enemies, called Dog Clubber. Or fire it off for a long range boomerang attack, called Dog Bonemerang.
Character: Loyal to the cause
Weakness: A sonic blast... Rooster Thunder?
You get... DOG HOWLER!!

You get used to it soon tho, but it's most noticeable on the life bar.
