So I tried out the new Mach Bike.
... It's not as fast as it used to be, but it is a lot better to turn and such.

... To think I felt that it's SLOWER than the Kalosian bike, and felt almost the same speed as the Acro Bike, which is still fun to pogo on.

Flaunders let out a huge sigh of relief, grateful to feel the ground again, and not face first into it. Upon hearing the "threats" from this... Dai shi Gorou... He bowed, and ran towards Petalburg Forest.

Gai watched Flaunders disappear, before speaking up again.

"The one at the PokeMart should still be useable. It's just around the corner, past the Pokemon Center. *sees Illana's phone* ... Or you can try that."

Flaunders screamed as he felt himself lifted off the ground by the strangely strong lady. He tried to struggle free, but to no avail. He then tried to look at the Skarmony the lady was talking about, and saw a strange glint in the Pokemon's eye.

"I-I don't know! I'm o-o-only the 27th most knowledgeable of the Team! T-The higher-ups only informed me of whatever you have heard f-f-from m-me!! I r-really don't know m-m-more!!"

Gai just stared at the scene for a bit, before saying something.

"You know... You don't seem to be around here... I don't know how you do things back in where you're from... But here, we have a strict way of doing things. Like walking along long distances, and happen to stumble upon stuff, like how a trainer from 12 months back stumbled into stuff in the Petalburg Forest that almost led to environmental Armageddon.

Only the female mods in the Fanfic forum.  He's made catty comments about mavjade because of her Black Canary costume, and he thinks Briannakin is a dunce.

Briannakin is the Oxford Historian who is working toward her PhD.

"We had an anonymous tipoff that there was strange activity in that Pokemon Center. When we got there, we politely asked to see the Pokemon that were being nursed... When we saw the Pokemon... They were in such horrible states! Their colour degeneration was far worse than could be imagined! When we asked why these Pokemon were still here, the Nurses immediately pushed us out! How rude and irresponsible!"

Flaunders cleared his throat for a bit.

"Something had to be done. The Pokemon were being held hostage by the Nurses! They should be freed! Which we succeeded! The fire was really a cover-up by the Nurses, to frame us!! We, Team Fauna, are the real heroes here!!"

Flaunders pumped his fist into the air, and some of the crowd clapped and cheered. Gai just watched to see how the new girl would react.

Gai pointed to the distance to his right, and in that general direction was a rather short man. As the man approached, one could see he was wearing a brown trenchcoat. Due to his height, the trenchcoat was almost dragging on the ground. He was also wearing a black beret, and if one focused hard, could see a stylished letter F on the front of the beret.
