Time to for Prof Wily!

1. Mega Stones cannot be stolen. Things like Thief, Covet, Trick, Knock Off will fail. The damage is still there, but the secondary stealing fails. Same goes for the Plates when attached to Arceus. The only way to lose a Mega Stone is you being stupid and discarding it yourself.

2. As stated by Sato, steps is via the pedometer. I DID say take a walk.

3. Why save AFTER using the power? Of course it will not be replenished. If you save BEFORE using, then use, then reset, the charge will be as it is when you saved.

Yes, only one of each stone.

As for O-Powers, giving is more beneficial than using yourself if you want it to level up. As for recharge times, just go out for a walk, and rake up 5000 steps. The recharging will drop from 4 mins, to just 1 min.

Yup, I got the last bond with Mr. Bonding the Hatching Power. I would be nice to see him again and ask how you're doing and such. I quite liked him.

By the way I finally got EXP. Power LV2 and Prize Money LV2 now for O-Powers so now I can start leveling up my Pokemon easier now at the Restaurant and at the same time earn even MORE Prize Money from the 3-Star Restaurant. Going to be a while to get the LV3 versions of them.

How many times do I have to use them to get to LV3?

Use lvl2 30 times.

And my previous comment was with regards to Rotom, not the stones.
However, you should try asking the man on another day to see if he will sell the final starter stone.

If they are like the Hidden Grottos in Gen5, where the encounter is preset, it will not work.

After getting Watchog to use Hypnosis on Zigzagoon, Joe recalled all his Pokemon, sans Raticate. Dusting himself off again, he followed behind Trak and Runaway, still smiling.

Joe smiled as he reached for his other PokeBalls on his waist. Taking them off, he called out his Pokemon: A Furret, a Bibarel and a Watchog. Motioning for his Raticate to stand with the 3 Pokemon, Joe called forth Zigzagoon, who immediately Pounced onto him.

"GAH!! Guys, this is Zigzagoon! And he'll be joining our group!!"

Raticate shook his head again, while Furret looked on with envious eyes. Bibarel... Well... He's just staring blankly. As is Watchog with his neon lights.

(Well, given you Kalosians can do the Mega Stone sidequests, I'm not surprised that you Kalosians have Keystones too. :P)

Joe stared at the almost crying Zigzagoon.

"... Aww... It's using Baby-Doll Eyes... I... I can't bring myself to hurt it further!"

Zigzagoon, seemingly knowing the change in Joe's heart, pounced onto him again, and began to Lick him thoroughly again. The force of the pounce caused an empty PokeBall to roll out from Joe's waist-pouch. Raticate shook his head at his Trainer's incapitation, and grabbed the PokeBall in its insciors. Hopping onto Joe as well, Raticate pushed the PokeBall button into Zigzagoon's body, and Zigzagoon disappeared into the PokeBall in a red flash.

One shake. Weaker shake. Even weaker shake. Ping.

[Congratulations! You caught a Zigzagoon!]

Joe recovered from his "attack", and picked up the PokeBall. Patting his Raticate, he had a huge smile on his face.

"I caught a Zigzagoon!"

Joe pressed a PokeBall on his belt, and his trusty Raticate popped out. Upon seeing the young Zigzagoon, its front insciors started to glow.

"Use Super Fang!!"

Raticate nodded, and lunged at the Zigzagoon, biting down on the Zigzagoon. The Zigzagoon flinched at the attack, and started to tear up.

As Joe approached the rustling bush, a shadowy figure jumped out, and "attacked" Joe. If Licking madly is considered an attack. As Joe slowly focused on his assailant, he saw zig-zag patterns on the body, and what looked like a mask over the face.
