Joe was seated close by, patting his Raticate. With the events that transpired, he knew he needed to strengthen up, to not be a liability. Although he was still apprehensive about the Diggersby, might as well use it to his advantage... Even though it might stab him in the back in the future...

When Joe finally reached the group, fatigue was everywhere. He saw Taylor getting healed, and Sakura in a heap of herself. Trak was already in the distance. Limping over to Sakura, he slowly manuveured to avoid hurting Sakura, and slowly lifted her up. Seeing her Pokemon expressing worry, he said.
"Don't... Worry... I'll get... Her to the... Pokemon Center."
After what seemed like hours, the whole group met up with Sapph, and are at the Pokemon Center.
Back at Team Flora's Secret HQ, Dr. Wily II was explaining the events that occured at the Rustboro branch to the Admins. Despite massive losses in terms of funding and research equipment, the Admins were pleased that there was progress on the Mind Powder project. With the report done, Dr. Wily II excused himself back to his lab.
At the lab, Dr. Wily II plopped himelf at his spinning chair, and placed the Oddish on the table. It was still munching away at its own leaves. Dr. Wily II straightened himself, and grabbed a new clean mini-vac. Turning it on, he sucked up whatever spore residue was left behind, and collected in from the inner bag. Placing a sample on a view plate, he placed it under a microscope, and took a look. And when he saw the mutation, a huge smirk spread across his face.
"Don't... Worry... I'll get... Her to the... Pokemon Center."

The last thing he remembered was sending out his Raticate to help in the effort to take down Yveltal, but then he and his Raticate were subsequently bathed in a bright light. Still feeling groggy, Joe slowly made his way towards the main group.

Dr. Wily II couldn't believe his eyes. Weavile went down quickly, as did Yveltal. By a Dazzling Gleam. Ignoring Merrick, he turned, and saw something unbelievable. Another Mewtwo. Another. MEWTWO. However, his forces were spent. Sans Malamar, and Beheeyem, he does not have any more usable Pokemon.

The orb glows again, causing everything caught in its reflection to spark with white electricity.
Everyone was hit but they were still standing, whether it was will power or defenses they weren't sure.Dr. Wily II screamed as his whole body crackled with electricity. Barely standing, he managed to pocket the Oddish, and then turned to face the source.
"DID YOU FORGET I'M A BUG ZAPPER IN POKEMON FORM?!" Xuangzang roared and charged another Fusion Bolt at the new threat.
"DID YOU FORGET HOW MANY LEGENDARY POKEMON I FOUGHT WILY?!" Sakura yelled as Starscream used Dragon Claw while significantly damaged, Shiva and Venus used Ice Beam, thought Shiva was barely standing due to the Super Effective hit, Vulcan decided to use a Blaze Kick despite knowing it'll probably be his last attack.
Sakura got the message just as her Pokemon were attacking.
"KIND OF HARD WHEN THERE'S A [tornado fang]ing YVENTAL IN THERE!" Sakura talked mentally.
"YOU!! YOU DARE TO RETURN!? WEAVILE!! TAKE CARE OF THE MAGICIAN WITH AN ICE PUNCH!! AND YVELTAL, CONTINUE YOUR OBLIVION WING RAIN!!"
Weavile leapt out from its PokeBall, and charged at Merrick with an Ice Punch, while Yveltal, managing to survive in the red, let off another wave of Oblivion Wings.

In a pile of broken cages and whatever else, Runaway weakly raised his head and slowly pointed a spoon at Hydreigon, firing off one final shot of Dazzling Gleam. A burst of light emitted from his spoon before he flopped back down, utterly spent.
"Okay Xuangzang another Dragon Claw, Venus keep up the Ice Beam, Shiva use Psychic on the Gengar, Starscream Crunch on the Gengar, Vulcan Shawdow Claw on the Gengar!" Sakura yelled at the top of her lungs.As Dr. Wily II saw the incoming attacks from all fronts, he will not be able to block this time, especially with that annoying Dazzling Gleam. Spotting his prize, the still dazed Oddish, he jumped off Hydreigon just as the Dazzling Gleam hits, fainting it easily. His Mega Gengar also looked to be fainted fom the Dark onslaught. Letting out a large Tsk, he summoned his trump card.
No matter how many attacks he blocked, no matter what he threw at her she will not give up, she will not surrender, Wily was not going to defeat her without a fight.
COME FORTH, MY AVATAR OF DESTRUCTION! YVELTAL!! USE OBLIVION WING ON EVERYONE!!"
Yveltal let out a chilling cry, before raining down multiple beams of light. During this, Dr. Wily II quickly picked the Oddish, and recalled it into a spare PokeBall.

"Oh, and who might you be? Hydreigon, DARK PULSE THAT INSOLENT FOOL!!"
Hydreigon roared, and fired a Dark Pulse at the Braxien.
